“Very friendly. 2 for $5 Steak biscuit deal was good. Sausage gravy lacking sausage, not much in it. Not as good as Hardee's or ChickFilA gravy. Coffee not as good as other places. Excellent service! Very CLEAN restaurant and bathrooms. Comfortable temperature inside. Food was freshly made. Pepsi was good also. The people were so nice. This was my first time at a Bojangles. Thank you!“

“I have to share what a great experience I had at this Subway in Maiden! I’ve only been here 1-2 other times before but tonight was awesome. The staff behind the counter were so nice. Apparently the woman was still in training as it was her first day. The man taking my order helped her anytime she needed it and complimented her on a job well done. The customers ahead of me asked for a small drink. Since they were out, they were charged for the size small but given a bigger cup. The young man helping me offered suggestions anytime I was unsure of what I wanted. Next thing I knew, I was pulling my wallet out to pay and he said it would be covered. I offered multiple times to pay for it, to pay it forward or to at least give him a tip but he kept insisting it was fine. That the world needs more kindness like what I had shown while the girl was training. It was such a small act, but it made my day. The world needs more people like them. I will definitely be coming back! ***Subway Corporate, if you’re reading this, please bring back the pizzas! While the pepperoni meatball was good, a pizza would’ve made the meal perfect!***“

“I was having an argument with my brother about which burger was better, a whataburger or five guys burger? However I had never eaten a five guys burger. So I decided to give the five guys burger a try to settle the argument with my brother. I have to say, I see the difference in the taste quality when it comes to both places. Five guys burger has a taste quality that doesn’t get old. After a few times at whataburger which was great at first, however I began to get tired of it. Five guys wasn’t only refreshing but an amazing burger. Seriously the taste doesn’t get old. Only complaint I would have is, five guys needs ranch to serve to their customers. Other than that Kudos!“

I've been a patron at this location for about 10 years or more and they truly have some of the best staff around! The employees try their best to understand your issues and communicate well with their colleagues to find a solution. Really great service. “Nice to see another cookout with an indoor dining room. Food wise, cookout always has another food item up their sleeve to keep people coming back. Their prices have gone up but are still affordable for the working class, and you get a decent amount of food.“

“Food was good. Little greasy as expected. Only real complaint is how they do things for the drive thru. No one else at screens or window when we ordered/paid, but that’s because they put a sticker on your mirror and you have pull up past the window to park and wait on them to bring it out. Once you pay, there’s 3 lanes. 2 outer lanes to park and wait and a middle for leaving. We sat there for almost 30 mins waiting on 2 plain burger combos. Some people that were there before us, were still there after we left. They come out wandering around confused as they are trying to match the order to the number on your rear view mirror. It was an odd experience and not one I plan to repeat anytime soon. Really shouldn’t take that long for fast food.“

“We love Hardee’s, but we were very disappointed on our last visit, we ordered 10 piece chicken tenders, we got home and we had very small pieces. We called the store and the employee stated that they decided to fry up some end pieces. Very disappointed, not enough to serve the 2 of us, thank you .“

“I DoorDash about half of the week (usually night shift) and every time I go into the Taco Bell in Lincolnton everyone is always super nice! there is a short white woman with short brown hair and a medium height brunette man (I wish I knew their names lol) who usually are working during night shift and they are always very welcoming even when they are busy and overwhelmed. Always super friendly and I’m always happy to pick up orders when I see them! - pink haired DoorDash driver“

“Had a late lunch here today around 2 PM. Came in with coupons from the mail. Immediately greeted at the register by a professional young man who was polite and took our order with no hiccups over the coupons (that's different). Soon after getting drinks a jolly fellow called out our order as ready with a smile. Upon getting to a table, immediately noticed how neat the food was packaged. Classic roast beef sandwiches and gyros were the bill of fare and it was all delicious. Everything was hot and extremely tasty.

Overall could not have asked for a better experience, especially in the fast food realm. If the awesome service and food continue at this store, you are going to see a lot of 5 star reviews.

“This McDonald’s has a great atmosphere and is very clean. Once again I had to stop here and change clothes. I wish these new places to put your boats in came with at least a Porta potty.

I came in to get a snack and change my clothes for the long ride home. Once again me and my sister had been kayaking on Lake Norman. When I stop anywhere to use their facilities I always try and buy something.

I have talked about how much I appreciate this McDonald’s before. I took some new pictures. It is very new and everything is pretty. The sun was in my eyes. The pictures aren’t great.

The only thing I had a problem with was the price. When I ordered a medium sprite. I was told “size not available. This size only.” One size. That was all?? Then I ordered a small fry. “This size is not available. We only have the large. If you want it this is what you get”.

So that was kinda confusing. So instead of spending under $5 dollars for a drink and fries. I spent over $6.00. Which I didn’t understand.

Remember when it was on the dollar menu??

What’s up? I really left wondering when I got to my car about the size thing. Did I just get ripped off? I had never been told “this size or nothing”. And then it wasn’t a very nice experience.

But because I stop here all the time and usually they are nice and the bathroom is always clean. I’m still giving them a 4.“

“Today, i witnessed an employee name “Ann” be so kind and gentle to the couple in line in front of me who have a special needs daughter. After serving them, she went over to their table and checked up on them and made sure they were okay. I am a care giver so this made my day. She showed that she is a caring person ! And very sweet to everyone . Having employees like this can make someone’s day. Her smile is contagious, please give her a bonus or Congratulate her. People are never rewarded for kind gestures.“

“That the cashier and Sandwich makers went above and beyond and got me a manager to help with the app. Ended up being that I needed to connect to the store wifi. Then I was able to use the app to place my order and recieve a discount. This time of day I need to save all the money that I can.
