“I have been coming to this location for years. The one piece of advice that I would give to prospective customer would be: ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG. They might give you all of your food, but they will forget the sauce. Or you may get everything you ordered minus one item. You should always ask for extra silverware because it’s almost guaranteed that they will forget to put some in the bag unless you do. Generally, everyone is nice and somewhat well mannered - but the consistent inconveniences of having to drive back to get sauces-or the occasional macaroni, is the reason for the 3 Star rating. I have never made consecutive trips where everything that I ordered and or asked for was in the bag. It’s always ALMOST all correct. If they could fix this. I would give 4 Stars.

Lastly - the Artificial Intelligence ordering system is so not worth the hassle. Might as well order inside if you don’t like talking to robots. Or being up sold on every new item they are offering.

Food is good though. 🤣

UPDATE: The manager on duty is extremely sweet. When driving back through to retrieve items left out, she added a couple of freebies and up sized an additional macaroni for me. So that was nice.

She has re trained some of her staff and has been willing to go above and beyond to make my experience a more positive and memorable experience. I appreciate your hard work Susan!“

“I love Hardee's but it's few and FAR in between where my food is hot, service is fast, my order is accurate, and the employees provide great customer service. This location provided ALL of the above in an exceptional manner. Tyler and Ms. Abbey made our night after 12 hours of work and having a rough day. AND after previously working in the QSR industry for a combined 37 years, this was our FIRST time EVER seeing a 100% health score, that is nearly impossible to achieve. Kudos to this location and staff for being super amazing and just know, I'll be driving the 20 miles from home to see if their breakfast is as awesome! “Had a late lunch here today around 2 PM. Came in with coupons from the mail. Immediately greeted at the register by a professional young man who was polite and took our order with no hiccups over the coupons (that's different). Soon after getting drinks a jolly fellow called out our order as ready with a smile. Upon getting to a table, immediately noticed how neat the food was packaged. Classic roast beef sandwiches and gyros were the bill of fare and it was all delicious. Everything was hot and extremely tasty.

Overall could not have asked for a better experience, especially in the fast food realm. If the awesome service and food continue at this store, you are going to see a lot of 5 star reviews.

Gotta say, it is GOOD!!
Its Cajun Style, but NOT overly spicy. Just enough kick to give it an excellent flavor! And it is definitely CRUNCHY!! I'd say it's the best we've had in a LONG time!!

“Food was good. Little greasy as expected. Only real complaint is how they do things for the drive thru. No one else at screens or window when we ordered/paid, but that’s because they put a sticker on your mirror and you have pull up past the window to park and wait on them to bring it out. Once you pay, there’s 3 lanes. 2 outer lanes to park and wait and a middle for leaving. We sat there for almost 30 mins waiting on 2 plain burger combos. Some people that were there before us, were still there after we left. They come out wandering around confused as they are trying to match the order to the number on your rear view mirror. It was an odd experience and not one I plan to repeat anytime soon. Really shouldn’t take that long for fast food.“
