My daughter, who lives in the Neighborhood, suggested that we "stop by for a pint" this evening, while I'm visiting her. and YUM!!!. “Quite a strange name of the place. Pelicans are avian of temperate weather zones. Snowballs are typically in a colder climate zone. So .. Mixing the two gives it a whimsical avant garde atmosphere. “Workers should have all their hair pulled back and not hanging down, basically touching the cookie dough. They also shouldn't be constantly wiping sweat off their brow over the food and pushing hair back out of their face with the same glove they are making the cookies. That is a health concern for all customers. I've complained about the same girl twice. She has black hair, wears a hat and eye glasses. Last time I was there, I took video of her. If the situation is not addressed, I will be calling the health department on this location.“
