“This quaint restaurant located in a charming town..easy quick 5 minutes off the highway..2 minutes back on...soooo WORTH the stop. Soooo fresh, large portions, the Ruben and Chicken salad are some of the best we have had. The staff were Hometown friendly..great atmosphere with a beautiful lake view to sit outside if you choose. Coffee was great- try their roasted Brainstorm!! And to boot they are part of a non-profit group called HOLY ANGELS supporting and providing employment opportunities for the differently able. loved it all!“

“We celebrated our anniversary recently at Webb. What a great meal and service. We loved the silent movies in the background and watching the hustling of the chefs and servers in the kitchen/prep area — yes, we were in the balcony. 😊 The duck cigars are a favorite so we had to have those. The sea bass cut “like butter” and the shrimp and grits were the best I’ve ever had. Coffees and a slice of their coconut cake topped off a wonderful meal. Thanks Garrett for the attention! “Every Monday I make the trip to the Eggs Up Grill, the menu has plenty of options and my biggest concern is deciding what to choose. The staff is outstanding and the coffee is kept topped off and hot. If you haven't been here, you are missing out on somewhere special - is my go to breakfast place!“

“Workers should have all their hair pulled back and not hanging down, basically touching the cookie dough. They also shouldn't be constantly wiping sweat off their brow over the food and pushing hair back out of their face with the same glove they are making the cookies. That is a health concern for all customers. I've complained about the same girl twice. She has black hair, wears a hat and eye glasses. Last time I was there, I took video of her. If the situation is not addressed, I will be calling the health department on this location.“

You do wait in line a bit to place your order depending upon how busy they are. They are open just limited days and not open until 5 PM then. But everything was really good.“

“We’ve been to Traust twice now for karaoke nights, both times were great!! We had a birthday dinner there with about 25 people in our party, and Megan held it down!! She did awesome at keeping everyone’s drinks full and taking orders as people rolled in. She was attentive and friendly. Last night there was some drama with a strange man dancing around and trying to talk to our kids. Once I mentioned it to our server, she and several other staff members IMMEDIATELY ran this guy off. They do NOT play when it comes to child safety.“

I’ve eaten at other Chinese restaurants here in Charlotte and I just don’t get the satisfying taste that I get here especially their chicken wings very crispy however, today I got the egg foo young chicken egg foo which I normally get. I’ve got a whole patty this time I did call and I explained to the manager that I have never got in whole chicken patty before just dumped an eggs and didn’t have any onions in my a egg foo this time however, the person that made it I guess they just don’t know how to make it, but I was very disappointed how the manager handled that situation just real horrible therefore I will not get the egg foo and anything else that I ordered from them I will check it before I leave and the reason why I say I won’t get the egg for y’all because I’m pretty sure I can’t tear up the their food just to see if there’s a chicken patty. Well, here’s a picture below of my chicken patty, the presentation was just horrible. The customer service was horrible and like I said the food is you get what you get in the south I do enjoy their food.“
