“Service was best part. The hot chocolate machine was out and she fixed it immediately. She was very pleasant and courteous. This was December 26 at approximately 1015 am I didn't catch her name but she deserves kudos for going above and beyond.“

“Visited here for the first time today, and the manager, Leo, was very pleasant and helpful — he answered all my questions. I ordered the special Pumpkin Spice and Cherry Pie Matcha Latte. I personally needed a bit more kick to it, but that’s no fault of the coffee shop — I should’ve added an extra espresso shot.

I gave the atmosphere a 4, mainly because parking was hard to find. I later learned it was due to a college event happening this weekend. I also didn’t like that there was music playing — I honestly don’t see the need for music in stores, coffee shops, or similar places.

It was also a bit on the pricier side — I spent almost $19 for two large coffees. That might be normal, but as someone who rarely buys coffee out, I did find it a bit pricey.

“Was visiting the area and decided I needed a little iced latte pick me up. I do sugar-free on everything although their sugar free options were limited. I did add a little bit of brown sugar cinnamon to my sugar-free vanilla and when I tell you, it was like Heaven in a cup with ice!!! we’ll definitely visit every time I am in the area“

“My husband and I really enjoyed our visit to union coffee. We were waiting on some work to our motorcycles at the Triumph dealership and walked here to enjoy breakfast. I had an asiago cheese bagel, fresh and toasted to perfection served with butter. Delicious! My husband had a blueberry muffin that he enjoyed as well. We both had drip coffee. We had in regular coffee cups since we staying. Included free refills and refreshers. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back as we are back and for for maintenance for our bikes. Thanks!“

“What can I say??? We LOVE English Rose. It’s a comfortable place where we can go have coffee and a treat, or ice cream, or my favorite energy drink. Marie and her family are the best. They have created a wonderful community gathering place for Pleasant Garden and the surrounding Southeast community. We also enjoy Food Truck Fridays. Marie’s creativity and desire to unite the community have brought a wonderful addition to Pleasant Garden. My favs: chocolate brownie and Granny Squares and the gluten-free guava cupcakes“

“Discovered this spot accidentally, but so glad I did! Cutest/coziest inside space with fun vintage furniture and decor, loved the outside space with multiple areas, and their signature coffees are named after famous movie stars.“

“Only been here once so my opinion is not strong but first impression was that the iced coffee tasted very similar to dunkin iced coffee. The flavoring is too strong and too sweet. Got a medium and barely got through half of it and couldn't drink the rest due to how sweet and chemical tasting it was. Couldn't taste a hint of actual coffee. I would give it a 3 star just based on that but I didn't really have a bad experience. It could just be a personal preference thing. If you love Dunkin coffee then you'll probably like it. Service was very slow but friendly. No opinion on the food, didn't get any.“

“Not only is the coffee great, but the purpose of this coffee shop is amazing. The idea is to spread the Hispanic/Latino culture through coffee. They provide extraordinary service from when you come in until you leave. They make you feel like family. They bring Puerto Rican coffee beans, Hispanic music, and a Hispanic atmosphere that reminds me of home. It is a place you should definitely check out.“

“Hats off to Vida Pour Tea! I visited with my daughter during my last trip to NC and brought some tea home with me. It ran out and I needed another "NC tea hug" so I ordered a variety! There was a shipping problem that was not their fault, but they were quick to see that I was taken care of. My "hug" arrived today. Thank you, VPT staff! “I come in typically for an iced matcha and am always pleasantly surprised to see a fine young man by the name of Roni. He is always nice and deliberate with his order taking. Roni is a joy to the atmosphere and is great at his job and making the customer feel welcome.“

“We had an amazing experience at the downtown Greensboro location! It was our first time in, my friends had taken me out to kick off my birthday week. We all ordered crunch cheesecakes off the suggested menu, but they happened to be out of the apple pie flavor I ordered. The owner, Tanya, came out and gave me her number to call and let her know the next time I was coming and she would fix me a free one since they were out! I have never had someone offer to do this and it was the kindest gesture. My friends and I ended up sitting and talking long enough that the apples were finished cooking and Tanya made me a fresh one to take home! It was a wonderful surprise and so greatly appreciated! I would recommend this amazing shop to anyone and everyone! The atmosphere is so welcoming, it feels like you dropped by a family member’s house for a treat. Please go visit them immediately!“

“We absolutely love Kimbees!! We had been buying it for a while and switched my wife’s mom from her Lipton tea to Kimbees. She has loved it ever since and won’t drink anything else. If you get a chance to stop in to the farmers market and meet Kimberly and her mom you won’t regret it. They are the sweetest people you could ever meet. My wife and I talked with them for the longest time. Unfortunately we moved off to TN and can’t just drop in to see them but we order online and they are so quick to ship. Go see Kimberly and Avenell and buy some tea!! You will love it! Tell them Josh and Tara sent you!“

“Had an awesome first visit here. The kava was just how I remembered. They also have other options for individual not use to the kava taste. The horchata flavored kava drink was phenomenal at masking the pungent taste of kava. The only thing I didn’t like was that the bar was a little too dark and depressing for me. I guess it’s suppose to give off a relaxing vibe but I just felt like I was walking into a nightclub or something, and I’ve been sober for two years. I guess the name is accurate it is a bar but I was kind of expecting a cafe type vibe. Overall I had a good experience.“
