“The owner went above and beyond. I had a large order and couldn't decide on what flavors. he brought out his recommendation and that's what I picked and it was very good and he also gave me fries and a lemonade that was really good. if I was so far away in Florida I would be going every weekend to eat. “Been coming here for my birthday since 2022 and I absolutely love it. Big portions and good prices, the food is really nice, but the vibe of the place is the best. Listening to 70s rock on the way always fits, and they play oldies in the restaurant too. Amazing staff, and again just the design of the place is great. and it’s got a good record shop next to it called Noble Records. Sells cds records and cassettes and I’ve bought from them after eating a lot. Writing this review right outside in the parking lot actually about to go in south 21.

“My all time favorite place! I have enjoyed South 21 for 35 years! I’m a creature of habit so I always order the chicken filet sandwich fried with french fries and of course a separate order of the famous onion rings! These o-rings are the ONLY ones I eat!! “This is a new location that needs better staff training and attention to cooking and service. Toppers on South Blvd and in Fort Mill do a great job at making the dough and pizzas thinner and fresher than this location. Both locations slaaaap.

Overall this location has been below mid. I've had delivery and carryout. I've left order notes to coom the pizza well done (they do not read the notes here) and thus I ended with bad pizzas both times. Too doughy, not thin enough, and not cooked to get the toppings crispy.

Normally, I rave about Toppers, but this location needs to improve, before I will consider going back.

Domino's, Pizza Hut, and Papa John's > Sharon Amity Toppers

“I always have great experiences and great food at the Arboretum Chick-fil-A, and the employees are always so friendly. Today, I ordered a Coke, and after I had already driven away, I noticed it tasted like it barely had any syrup in it. I wasn’t upset about it and honestly just didn’t drink it, but I did want to call and let them know in case there was an issue with the machine. I left a voicemail, and Peyton promptly called me back. In his message, he explained that I was correct — the syrup had run out — and that he had already educated the team members on checking and changing it when needed. He also went out of his way to add rewards to my app for the inconvenience. Peyton truly went the extra mile to make things right, even though I wasn’t overly concerned about the issue to begin with. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and thoughtful in the way he handled everything. Y’all have a great employee in Peyton, and I wanted to make sure he gets the shoutout he deserves!“

“I visited this location to get food and had an incredible experience. Ive heard that Chik Fil A had great customer service but in this case a worker went above and beyond. This changed my perspective about whats possible at a fast food restaurant. I take a long time to order at restaurants because I have to check and see if any products contain items I am allergic to. Andrea, one of the workers here was able to not only advise me on allergen information but give me suggestions on what to order. She did this while being patient and radiating the type of friendly energy I haven't found at any other fast food restaurant before. The food was great and Andrea was very helpful. Hopefully others who visit here are served by her and feel the same way!!“

“This location is in the Whole Foods Plaza on Providence Rd. I ordered through the drive through, but our food was not ready when we got to the window, but our drinks were. We were instructed to park in a pick up spot with our hazard lights on and someone would bring out the food. We waited about 5 minutes. The food was good, but they only gave us 4 sauces for 3 orders of chicken minis, we had 10 count and 2 4 count. I asked for a frosted coffee but was g8ven an ice coffee. I went inside and they gave me the right drink. Prices were reasonable, considering the cost of everything is going up.“
