Chick-fil-A in Mooresville

“This Chick-fil-a is a step above all the rest! We sat down inside and got better service than any other sit down restaurant in the area. The employees, especially Don, were a ray of sunshine and very helpful (filling cups, taking trays, and keeping it very clean all while seated)! Great and speedy service.“

“Super fast, and delicious obvi lol. I mean it's chik-fil-a. The only thing I don't like about them is they got rid of their chicken salad. Which was silly. It's called Chick-fil-A , they're the folks who need to have it if anyone does! Just saying. I still give it 4.9 stars.
My friend has the chick-fil-a app and so she ordered our breakfast a minute before we walked inside. We go in, sit down, and within a few minutes they were bringing us our food. Less than 3 minutes. Super quick. I'm glad she has the app! I don't go enough to need it really, and have limited app space. But it's pretty convenient and so quick. You just go in and it's brought out to you. You skip the lines and waiting part. They don't leave it in a bag on the counter to get cold, and they don't yell your name or order #. The lady that brought our food also came by our table twice, after serving us. Once to ask how our food was and if we needed anything else, and again toward the end when our drinks were getting low, to ask if we need a refill or bag. Name another fast food place that does that... Yeah. The idea of some of these places doing that is laughable. They won't even look at you at McDonald's half the time. Scared you're gonna ask for a straw or ice cream 😭
And I've never been somewhere that has everything out in the open to grab, they're not stingy with their napkins and ketchup and straws, they're well stocked, clean, and friendly. Lots of places have good food, but not everywhere has those qualities.
Chik-fil-a gets a lot of flack for certain things and some of its justified, but I'll give credit where it's due.“
