“First time and by far the best seafood in the area. Will be back next year. Definitely make reservations we did not but was earlier enough and they seated us. Staff was so friendly and exceptional. Our server was a college student and he gave us some great food choices that did not disappoint. He was extremely a fantastic server. Food was beyond expectations. 10/10“

“I've been dining at both restaurants for years and enjoyed myself ,the food , and the staff! The food and sides at Morehead have a better flavor, taste better ,and the portions are much bigger. I ve notice that recently on my last couple times that the sides are much better at both restaurants. The mash potatoes in Morehead are so delicious. I wish that was the same case at the emerald isle restaurant. The Cole slaw is the best that I have taste recently. I swear if the food was as good as the sides have been lately I wouldn't eat anywhere else. SNAPPPERZ KEEP IT UP!“

“We celebrated New Years Eve with reservations at The Prime, and had a wonderful experience. The shrimp cocktail,served with melted butter and housemade cocktail sauce is now a new fav! The sides are served "family style" and easily enough for 2 people. Our server suggested we order a couple and share since it was so hard to choose from the variety of sides. Everything we ordered was delicious. My steak was a little too rare when it came out but the chef had no problem putting it back on and it came back out cooked perfectly. The entire wait staff was friendly and everyone made us feel welcome. We will definitely be back.“

“Food was amazing. The service was outstanding. The only complaint that I had and they couldn't help. It was those people from Raleigh that wanted to continue to b**** about everything, and thanks to my second martini, I didn't give them a little bit of local redneck, and tell them to go back to Raleigh Like I wanted to, but Yep, Yep, it was an amazing meal. Great atmosphere.Great, everything we'll definitely be coming back“

“The food is delicious!! We had the oysters for an appetizer. I had the shrimp and crab pasta with white wine sauce and it was out of this world good!! My boyfriend had the grouper and shrimp and it was delicious as well!! If you are looking for great food in Morehead try Floyds 1921!!“

“We ate at Southern Salt last night with a group of over 30 people. My wife made reservations a few weeks ago . GREAT FOOD ! GREAT SERVICE ! I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you for making this meal one to remember.“

“Cashier(young lady) was working but seem like she had clocked out for the day in her mine. Ordered combo...received the chicken but every order did NOT have the chopped BBQ. Complain to General Manager and she made sure we were comp ensated. Visit there each time we get to that area...and will continue to do so...“

“They are on summer hours now! 11am - 2am. First time eating at King Mac’s, and boy it didn’t let us down!!! Under new management now and the staff is awesome, food was even better! “I took my son here for his birthday last September and we were not disappointed! We went early on a Sunday afternoon and were seated immediately. Our waitress was amazing and because it was our first (but definitely not our last) visit, we asked her for recommendations. She recommended the Brussels sprouts appetizer, which was delicious. My son got the Hawaiian Special and it disappeared in record time. I definitely recommend the homemade blue cheese dressing if you like it ordinarily, because it puts the stuff in a bottle to shame. At the front of the restaurant (by the restrooms) are walls filled with photos and the history of the establishment, which I found fascinating. We marked the occasion by grabbing a couple of tee shirts on our way out.“
