11 Best Seafood Restaurants in Atlantic Beach

“Had this restaurant on my must do list while on vacation. It was by far and hands down the best service we have ever had at any restaurant, our waitress Cutie Pie was on top of everything the entire time. She was awesome. My husband and I shared the fried pickles as an app and the ice cream sandwich for dessert, both were very good. He got the seafood platter, with fried shrimp, scallops, and flounder he enjoyed everything. I got the daily special which was a Parmesan crusted triggerfish with a sun-dried tomato crème, sautéed squash, green bean, fingerling potato, onion, and bell pepper vegetable medley and crispy leeks on top; it was fine. Flavor wise it was good the fish was very good but the vegetables were very oily and after a few bites the texture became unpleasant (everything besides the leeks were very soft) I also only had 2 small pieces of potatoes in my mixture which is whatever but that’s not what was advertised. I had preplanned on getting the fried pork chops and I wish I had stuck to that plan. $44 seems pricey for a plate full of oily squash and green beans. (Price very much could have just been because of the fish, there’s no fresh fish besides catfish where I’m from). The crispy leeks however were amazing and were my favorite part, but leeks are one of my favorite veggies and honestly the whole reason I ordered the dish. You hardly ever see them on a menu, or you don’t where I’m from.“

“This is an addition to a previous review from a year or so ago. I now live in the area, and have found that the service and food is just as good as when I was in AB as a visitor. It is winter-time yet the food is still top notch and the service outstanding. My mother loves the Three-C chowder which is chunky, creamy, and chock full of seafood (I had to get in my 3-Cs!). The shrimp dinner has an ample portion of shrimp and the sides are a nice addition. Burgers are cooked as you ask, and tater tots make it an awesome meal. The wait staff in here are incredibly friendly, efficient, and personable. I still highly recommend On the Rocks as the food is delicious and reasonably priced, and the service is impecable. These ladies are awesome! For a great place to eat during the winter as well as the busy season, I will continue to go to On the Rocks.“

“Molly’s Bar & Grill has terrific food and great drinks. It is not like a typical hotel captive pub at all. In my two experiences this week, I view it as a place to go on its own merits. Whether it’s Kelsey or Tracey at the bar, you’re going to get really good drinks and very prompt service.

My wife and I have enjoyed the shrimp tacos, shrimp, burger, chopped salad with grilled chicken, and flounder BLT. All with plenty of painkillers to drink! Room service is great if you’re staying at the DoubleTree. Bar service and takeout are equally good. The portions are more than ample.

This is now one of my go-to beach bars on the Emerald Isle strip.“

“The staff is extremely friendly. the rooms are a bit outdated, but the service that you receive makes it well worth it. the views are unbelievable because you face the ocean and it is wonderful. you also have the balconies with the microwave and a refrigerator and a safe if you need it. so overall the hotel is wonderful. however, the restaurant rising tide the service is awful. their rejection of people just because they're not buying anything to sit on their property is unreal. I recommend you eat elsewhere, stay at the hotel and find you a different restaurant to eat. four corners is a wonderful restaurant for breakfast and lunch. rising tide is awful for breakfast and lunch or dinner and it's extremely expensive“

“Had a great experience due to Roshanna the bartender, making sure that we got seated and served. She handled the bar and our table plus a few other tables!! Great food great service!“
