“When in Rome….i love eating at the local places when visiting surrounding towns. Was in the mood for sauerkraut and mustard on a hot dog and they did not disappoint. Bun was toasted on both sides and fit the hot dog perfectly. Also had fried green beans as an appetizer. They were perfectly crispy on the outside and firm on the inside. This is a rare find for appetizers. The bar seemed to have a good selection of brews and specials were reasonably priced. Definitely going to visit again when in Morganton.“
“We had a blast here. One of the staff members in charge of multiple locations came and talked to us about the origin of some of the food and history of the place. It's as close to authentic as it gets for the area. The baklava was some of the best I've ever had. The chocolate cake was rich and big enough for two. The plating and presentation was a 10/10.The manicotti had a few dry/hard spot areas where the sauce hadn't covered the noodles as much but aside from that the flavors were savory! She had the Alfredo and it was great but personally I would have loved to see more Alfredo on those fettuccine noodles, aside from that we'll be back for sure!“
“Great location in downtown Morganton. Downright charming, knowledgeable and wonderful staff, and a very cute shop! Mark was very helpful, and really knows his stuff! Great place for a night out or a quaint, romantic night with your partner. 10/10 experience!“
