Mom can get her Pad Thai with tofu, the boy can get Pesto Cavitappi, my daughter with the Mac n Cheese and me with the Classic Caesar with Chicken. They have those cool "Coke Machines" with 6 thousand options for a drink or you can get an iced tea or chocolate milk. Tons of options, freshly created, served quickly and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. What's not to love about this place?“

“We drove all the way from Swansboro, Nc to eat their pizza and mozzarella cheese sticks! No joke! We take a mini trip just to eat their delicious foods! Highly recommend! Everyone is so kind! A little less salt and more garlic powder in the dough but not too much and your pizza will be 100 percent New York style. I first dined here in college when I was looking for some eggplant parmesan - since that day 20 years later it’s still my favorite Italian restaurant in Raleigh! “it was ,by far, one of the best restaurants for authentic Italian food that I for one grew up eating in New York. we came for dinner on 8/29/2024 to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. it looks like the restaurant has changed hands, as all of the staff with the exception of one of server has been replaced. and, the quality of the food has gone down quite a lot. there's no where near the consistency and portions, yet they have new menus with higher prices. we sure won't be going back. this is a shame, as we've been going there for quite a long time.“

“This is a beautiful restaurant and I have had several delicious meals there. Today I went with a friend and ordered my favorite 4 cheese ravioli. The raviolis were overcooked to the point they were browned on top and parts of the pasta tough. As we were on a tight schedule I did not send the meal back. I was given a dish of extra sauce so I believe they knew the dish wasn’t up to par. The service, as always, was impeccable. I will go back but, after several great hits, today was a miss.“

I placed an order for delivery through the Olive Garden app on October 3, 2025. My food never arrived, and I called the restaurant that same evening. The Togo assistant told me a refund would be processed within 3–5 business days and all I could do is reorder. So in good faith, trusting that a refund would be issued- I reordered.

Nonetheless, the refund for the first was never issued. So on October 13th at 9:42 AM, I called the restaurant again and spoke with a female staff member, assuming she was the manager because I called before opening. I provided the order details, the last four digits of my card. She told me there was no record of my order and said there was nothing she could do & “had nothing to refund” & to contact my bank- despite my bank statement and the Olive Garden app showing otherwise.

I then contacted my bank, and they said they could not get sufficient information from Olive Garden, so the dispute could take up to 90 days. I have given up on receiving a refund.

I am very disappointed with the customer service I received. I’ve always enjoyed Olive Garden - so this has been frustrating. I hope Olive Garden takes this seriously and improves their online ordering and refund process.“

“My husband and I came for a day date and had the absolute pleasure of having Shannel as our server. I use to travel the country to train new employees for Whole Foods and The Fresh Market. Shannel is the epitome of what every company strives for in their employees. She was attentive, kind and just overall lovely. Her smile is absolutely infectious and you can tell she is genuine when providing customer service. What more could anyone ask for, especially from Olive Garden themselves.

“Mezza Luna has become our go-to for pizza! We ditched our old downtown Cary pizza joint after trying Mezza Luna and we haven't looked back. We even ordered take-out for the Super Bowl from Mezza Luna.

The Grandma Pie is our favorite with its amazing crust, fresh sauce, and perfect amount of cheese. The other pies we've tried are also great, but we keep going back to the Grandma Pie. We pair with salads, meat balls, and calamari. We've loved everything we've ordered. Everything is fresh and pricing is also very fair.

Clean and relaxed environment. We've been there when it's been really quiet and we've also been there when it's been super busy. Either way, service has been efficient and friendly no matter the level of busyness.

You can tell it's a family-run business and they really pour themselves into Mezza Luna and their food. They even come out of the kitchen to interact and chat with customers, treating everyone like family.

If you haven't yet visited yet, do yourself a favor and give Mezza Luna a try. You'll definitely be back!
