I reached out to Alyssa from Roots with our head count and budget and she put together an INCREDIBLE menu that really impressed our guests! Without even asking, she included some gluten free and vegetarian options. They came in with everything they needed on hand and set up in 20 minutes.“

“First of all, 10 out of 10!!!
I came pretty late, as i was getting off and saw them in the front of my neighborhood. Wendy was out in front, taking orders and she was so so kind! Even though it was pretty cold outside, she remained so sweet and open. The kitchen was very nice as well, my order got messed and they gave me an extra apple roll and some fries for the confusion. 10/10 I will definitely be coming back and I reccomend to anyone!!!“

“had no idea this place existed until my workplace ordered lunch from here. Hands down the most spectacular lunch I have had in a while! Freshly baked bread for the sandwiches, a freshly baked cookie, sandwich sauce (yum), York peppermint patty. dill pickle strip and other condiments, plus a bag of chips. My box contained potato salad (amazing) and I took someone else's fish-eye salad or pasta...never heard of and I am very southern....not sure if it is a southern delicacy or not, but OUT OF THIS WORLD good! By the way, it is a sweetened pasta.....no fish eyes...promise! 50000 stars!!“

“I had my wedding catered and hosted the reception by FDY in May of 1991 at their original location off Clanton Road. I recently ran into FDY at a Gala and Keith and his entire family were as nice as I remembered from 32 years ago!! Four kids later, we are now in the market of finding a caterer for my son's wedding. I will be reaching out to FDY if they still do weddings or can recommend someone. I am so happy for all their success over the years. It's well deserved! It is so rare to find a company who treats you like family. If I could give 10 stars, I would.“

“What can I say but WOW! This Famous Toastery is a 10! From the time we walked in the door the staff was Awesome! Smiles on faces of everyone working and others dining. The service in this place is a 20. Everyone from the front greeter to the bus person, 3 waitresses…oh my, we just can’t say enough about them all. EVERYONE mentioned asked us several times if we needed anything. Our food was hot and delicious!!! The Toastery made us feel comfortable and like we were a grandmas loving home during the holidays. “We had schlotsksy's in Indiana but years ago they took them all out and my family was pissed. We love their food and will plan out road trips just to get their food. If you ever get the chance, go. I surprised my sister from Indiana with it when she came to visit. Needless to say, she was pumped!
