“We've ordered from our local Subway several times and have always had a pleasant experience, but this one showed their wonderful customer service and we had to share! When we picked up, we didn't notice there was an item missing until after we arrived back home and finally sat down to eat - which was a solid hour after pickup. When we called, the individual that had prepared our order immediately recognized that she did not prepare the missing item and, without hesitation, they prepared it and delivered it to us right away. Thank you for your kindness - from Norwood Campground!!!“

“2 stars top for Albemarle, NC location Going to still recommend Jersey Mikes. Maybe not Albemarle’s location. I have never had a bad sub at any other location and the service was not the best either. I was talking in Walmart with someone and they said they had same experience. However I can say, this was the first time I had been since COVID. downgrades on quality? And we know that service hadn’t been good since COVID at several places. Another problem with albemarle location, parking lot too small“

“It's not usual nowadays to meet a friendly person at any fast food restaurant sadly but there was a guy working on July 29th 2024 all by himself. He was friendly he greeted us with a smile and our meat cheese and vegetables were placed almost perfectly on our sandwiches. Shout out to Ethan keep up the good vibes and good service thank you“
