“We've ordered from our local Subway several times and have always had a pleasant experience, but this one showed their wonderful customer service and we had to share! When we picked up, we didn't notice there was an item missing until after we arrived back home and finally sat down to eat - which was a solid hour after pickup. When we called, the individual that had prepared our order immediately recognized that she did not prepare the missing item and, without hesitation, they prepared it and delivered it to us right away.
