“We traveled from Virginia to visit a friend in that area and we went out to at Southern Family Restaurant and absolutely loved it. Two of us had Country Fried Steak and both of us agreed it was the best Country Fried Steak we had ever had. A third one of us got the Prime Rib Sandwich and absolutely raved about how good it was. The 4th member of our group got the spaghetti and salad and we all commented about how good they both looked. He assured us it was every bit as good as it looked. Two of us got the banana pudding and loved it. I know different people like banana pudding different ways but to me this was the best banana pudding I've ever had in a restaurant. Finally, I want to praise the wonderful server we had and even the cashier that checked us out. They both truly demonstrated what southern hospitality really is. I live in Virginia so I may not ever get back but I definitely wish I could.“

“I am hooked on Chicken Salad Chicks! I live close to an hour from the Clemmons lication and make the trek as often as possible. First, I appreciate rhe atmosphere. The staff is friendly and quick at taking orders, along with, delivering the order straight to the table. Lits of times, the order is there before I I get my drink and sit down. I've enjoyed taking friends and family members to try it out! No one has left unhappy. I am diabetic. The Classic Salad with a scoop of Fancy Nancy does not raise my glucose level. That is a plus! The small cookie is delightful and not to much to up the glucose too many points. I like being able to complete a survey and get a code to receive a $1.00 off my next order. The reward points have given me opportunity to get several large Quik Chicks free. They now know me by name and greet me by name with a smile! Love this place!“

“I come to this location pretty often and I've noticed lately that their drive thru line takes a little longer than normal, but today I found out why... I wasn't planning to dine in today, but my 2 year old decided she needed to use the restroom while in the drive thru line. So in I come with my 2 year old and my very heavy 4 month old in his carseat. I had my hands full. After making it to the restroom I place my order, and the woman at the register begins to hand me cups for drinks, but then says "You know what? Why don't don't go find a seat and we will bring your drinks out to you, and anything else you'll need." (If you've never had to hold on to a toddler, carry a 30 lbs carseat, and 2 drinks at one time just know it's a nightmare! So this was such a sweet offer) And they did just that. They brought my drinks and my food out to my table in the middle of breakfast rush, and they didn't have to do that. Then on our way out the same sweet woman at the register came over and held the door open for me so I didn't have to struggle to get it open with the carseat in my hands. All these things might sound small but they were huge blessings to me! They noticed my need and went out of their way to help me with out me even asking. And they were extremely kind! So next time you have to wait a little longer for your biscuit, just know they're probably inside being really kind people, and we need more of that in this world. Thank you Biscuitville! ❤“

“Unfortunately we weren't very hungry so only ordered a Caesar salad and lobster bisque The bisque was delicious The salad was good but swimming in dressing We also ordered a very nice bread sampling Atmosphere very nice as was the service“

“Yes, BUT......... 9/25/2024 5:30. The ladies' restroom was filthy and smelled like old urine. I told 2 employees and after 5 minutes, a girl went in but I don't know if she cleaned it. My fried shrimp dinner was so over-fried, dry, and tough that I couldn't eat it. The steak fries were cold and dry. The cole slaw was delicious. The 5 veggie meal I ordered had dumplings stuck together like glue. The apples, mac-n-cheese, and corn were good but the hash brown casserole was sparse and dry. All in all, a bad day at Cracker Barrel.“

“It's been a long time since my last visit, but was pleasantly surprised with food quality and service. I ordered the Spicy Chicken & Honey Biscuit combo with hash browns and OJ. Perfect level of heat & sweet; chicken had a light crunch and moist on a flaky biscuit. The hash browns were perfect; golden and crisp. The cashier was especially friendly and did not rush things; Southern hospitality at its best.“
