“I had to leave a review because I was actually blown away at how great every single staff member was today. And I feel like good employees are hard to come by these days. I went in for lunch and it was super busy, tables full, many people in line, lots of pick up orders and I still was greeted when I walked in the door. It took a while as I expected with a line that long but witnessed the team working together and the positive attitude everyone had. I just wanted to give you all a ?? you are noticed!“

“I've visited this McD for breakfast and the Egg McMuffins as it was adjacent to my travel plans again. Normally, the Egg McMuffins here are sub-par, and while the food temp is good, the English Muffins taste and feel like they were microwaved! Not good! They should be nicely toasted and crisp, NOT SPONGY!
HOWEVER, this time, while I had to wait to 5 mins due to a kitchen issue, this Egg McMuffin was MUCH BETTER, and the English Muffin was TOASTED, though not fully enough to be considered Excellent like they are at another McD in the region.
I'm glad to see the improvement and hope it was done purposely, vice an aberration of the kitchen delay issue.

“I always love my visits to Chick fil A! The workers are always kind, courteous, and polite. The food is absolutely delicious! You won't find better chicken nuggets! Their fries are also amazing and I love getting their chocolate milkshake. Would definitely recommend! 5/5 stars! 😊“

“Excellent service and amazing food! I ordered on-line and inadvertently selected the wrong location. I called that location to cancel the order and was told they couldn’t help me with the refund. I assumed I would spend the next several days in a battle to get my money back. When I arrived at the Southern Pines location, Jason T volunteered to help me get my refund. He went above and beyond! Because of him I had a fantastic experience. Well done 👍🏽! Food was great as well“

“Late night snack , feeling hungry after an early afternoon dinner. Only 2 staff in the house , good thing for them there only a couple of customers since it’s a Monday night!

Parking: Lots of them .

Kid-friendliness: There was a family in there, I would say they had a good time.“

“My husband , son and I enjoy really enjoy eating at the Southern Pines Cookout. The food is always fresh , hot and delicious. Everyone that takes our order to the ones who prepare the order are extra nice and efficient. Tomatoes always good no matter the time of year. My husband loves the ranch chicken wrap. Nice to have a convenient place to pull in and eat and relax. Often we see the lady that delivers the necessary supplies to that Cookout. Her name is Letita Stukes( not sure about spelling). She is honestly one of the hardest working efficient people I have ever met. She is a little lady but boy can she handle that big truck. Enjoy seeing her when we happen to be there when she comes pulling in( which is often ?). Really appreciate the folks at the Southern Pines Cookout.“

“Drive thru...repeated order twice and still wrong when we got home. We're there about 4:45 12/3. Four piece dark with mashed potatoes and gravy and Mac and cheese. Got home and had slaw instead of Mac and cheese. My toddler can't eat slaw. Had to fix something else on a hectic night“
