“So far ! Good dinner Margaux's Wine, Pizza & Market But please as customer if you are not tolerant to others and mostly kids, dont go out anywhere…. My baby of 1 year old was a little anxious and making noises as anyone year old will do and we can’t control that… and two ladies giving my little one the middle finger was uncomfortable, unacceptable and inappropriate….. people out please be empathetic to other and specially kids, they are learning the way through life… society is harder enough already…. Pd: wish I could get pictures of these two idiots!!!!“

“If you love beer, then this is the place for you. Extremely knowledgeable staff who are also super friendly and can find a beer for even the most picky of people. They always have a pretty good size rotating beers on tap and an amazing selection of bottles and cans. If you are looking for a gard to find or specialty beer, there is a pretty good chance that Kit will be able to locate it and get it for you.“

Having recently undergone significant oral surgery, I am limited to eating soft foods only. I was going to stick to wine and not inconvenience anyone but the waiter was very accomodating and said he had me covered. Stewart then came out with a special plate for me, featuring only soft foods and untoasted bread. He even brought out a flatbread for the table with one corner piece less toasted than the rest. Such a genuine, thoughtful act of kindness. I truly can’t thank him enough! Y’all have earned a customer for life. Stewart, you are a gem!“

When we arrived at 12:45 the place was packed but the staff greeted us right away and made us feel that they were happy we came and that we'd be served as soon as possible. Our food took awhile but it was worth the wait. We both had a Roman style "slice" which was a large piece of delicious focaccia topped with chicken, rosemary and hot honey for him and a house slice topped with delicious Italian sausage for me. We enjoyed our lunch very much and will be back.“

“We went to Dressler’s tonight for my husband’s Birthday. We had never been but wanted to try it since we loved their old Dogwood concept. Michelle was our waitress and truly made the evening so special. She was so knowledgeable around the menu and so attentive and fun. The food was exceptional. I had the waygu flank special and he had the 16oz ribeye. The shrimp appetizer was a great way to start and the apple crisp was a perfect ending to the meal. We were so excited to see the manager from the old Dogwood concept working there. She is so great too. Thank you for having such an amazing space that can make nights so memorable.“

“I stumbled upon Exotica at an India Food Festival in Charleston, SC. I’ve been on an Indian Food kick so I had to go see what this festival had to offer. Exotica had an impressive spread of food that was well displayed esthetically and from a food quality and safely standpoint. I’m a kitchen manager and caterer so that stands out and matters to me. They had the longest of a lot of long lines which told me it should be good. I was right. It was top notch. They far exceeded my expectations for the event. I didn’t know what most of the menu was so I looked everything up while I waited and made a list on my hand. My favorites of what I chose were the Samosa Chat, Onion Samosa and the Madurai Malli Dosa. Everything was amazing though. Sooo many flavors!! I’ll definitely be going to their restaurant the next time I’m near Charlotte. 10000% Now that I look at the full menu I see so much more that I need to try. Definitely a happy little accident finding this gem. 20/10 recommend :)“

“We held my daughter’s celebratory graduation dinner from UNCC at Barcelona Wine Bar this past weekend, and it was absolutely perfect! I planned the event far in advance with Tiana, their Sales & Events Manager, and she was thorough, communicative and handled it all like a pro, including a last minute change to the menu that she texted to me (smart). She arranged for printed menus with the event name (lovely detail!) and because they can’t include mussels, her favorite, on an event menu (understandable), they surprised us and sent her some anyway on the house. Our main server (I’m blanking on her name so sorry we love you so much!!) and our bar servers, Morgan and Justin (who we kept busy 🤣), should win personality of the year awards for their wit, humor, charm and skill (for instance, Morgan wowed us with his tapas plate stacking ability and made sure to holler in my Mama’s good ear when he spoke 🤣). It was great fun, and the food was DELISH!! Highly recommend for events and also looks like a fun place to just hang out!“

“The atmosphere was great, they had some spade games going. Hookah was nice. The only downside is service was horrible. We sat at the bar and had to flag someone down to get service each time we wanted more drinks. No one came to check on us and when we did get the bartenders attention they were rude. The bar was not packed. Two guys were standing behind us while we were sitting at the bar so I told them they may get better service by going to the other end of the bar…and my theory was right. Bartenders (about 4 of them) had no customer service. The only people that were pleasant was security and the girl who brings the hookah“

Chicken marsala with mushrooms as good as it gets. Hearts of palm salad not on many menus but was delightful. The customers seemed to be enjoying a relaxed, quality dining experience without the pretense of a fancy place or buzz of a large busy place. Our servers, Francesco and Maria, and the staff were welcoming, attentive and helpful. Although they were busy, we didn't feel rushed. It was great to see several families of different ages enjoying themselves. The food and beverage was delicious, with ample portions and a lovely presentation. Based on the demand, on a very warm day, we hope that the owner might consider enclosing the covered patio. We really enjoyed the experience, and we are looking forward to returning!“

I had a crazy request, and she and Allie not only fulfilled it, they exceeded my expectations and we had a PERFECT date night evening.
