“So far ! Good dinner Margaux's Wine, Pizza & Market But please as customer if you are not tolerant to others and mostly kids, dont go out anywhere…. My baby of 1 year old was a little anxious and making noises as anyone year old will do and we can’t control that… and two ladies giving my little one the middle finger was uncomfortable, unacceptable and inappropriate….. people out please be empathetic to other and specially kids, they are learning the way through life… society is harder enough already…. Pd: wish I could get pictures of these two idiots!!!!“

“Several years ago we lost Carolina Beer Temple in Steele Creek and never thought we’d find something just as good again. The vibe is super chill and staff is very friendly!

Overall, it’s the perfect hangout for when you want to unwind, catch up with friends, or just enjoy a great beer! Very good selection“

“Great food and great service. Got there with a reservation and we were seated within about 5 minutes of our reservation time. It was pretty crowded but wasn't too much of a problem.

Food was really good, got some of the shareable plates for the two of us to share, the brussel sprouts were great and loved the short rib croquettes.

The cocktail menu was extensive and the ones we tried were very good.

Even though it was crowded didn't feel like we were crowded at the table. We were able to have a good conversation without feeling like we had to worry about others hearing us.

“We held my daughter’s celebratory graduation dinner from UNCC at Barcelona Wine Bar this past weekend, and it was absolutely perfect! I planned the event far in advance with Tiana, their Sales & Events Manager, and she was thorough, communicative and handled it all like a pro, including a last minute change to the menu that she texted to me (smart). She arranged for printed menus with the event name (lovely detail!) and because they can’t include mussels, her favorite, on an event menu (understandable), they surprised us and sent her some anyway on the house. Our main server (I’m blanking on her name so sorry we love you so much!!) and our bar servers, Morgan and Justin (who we kept busy 🤣), should win personality of the year awards for their wit, humor, charm and skill (for instance, Morgan wowed us with his tapas plate stacking ability and made sure to holler in my Mama’s good ear when he spoke 🤣). It was great fun, and the food was DELISH!! Highly recommend for events and also looks like a fun place to just hang out!“

“We went to Dressler’s tonight for my husband’s Birthday. We had never been but wanted to try it since we loved their old Dogwood concept. Michelle was our waitress and truly made the evening so special. She was so knowledgeable around the menu and so attentive and fun. The food was exceptional. I had the waygu flank special and he had the 16oz ribeye. The shrimp appetizer was a great way to start and the apple crisp was a perfect ending to the meal. We were so excited to see the manager from the old Dogwood concept working there. She is so great too. Thank you for having such an amazing space that can make nights so memorable.“

I did a little bit of everything while I was there and the truth is there are no wrong choices with what they offer! “I stumbled upon Exotica at an India Food Festival in Charleston, SC. I’ve been on an Indian Food kick so I had to go see what this festival had to offer. Exotica had an impressive spread of food that was well displayed esthetically and from a food quality and safely standpoint. I’m a kitchen manager and caterer so that stands out and matters to me. They had the longest of a lot of long lines which told me it should be good. I was right. It was top notch. They far exceeded my expectations for the event. I didn’t know what most of the menu was so I looked everything up while I waited and made a list on my hand. My favorites of what I chose were the Samosa Chat, Onion Samosa and the Madurai Malli Dosa. Everything was amazing though. Sooo many flavors!! I’ll definitely be going to their restaurant the next time I’m near Charlotte. 10000% Now that I look at the full menu I see so much more that I need to try. Definitely a happy little accident finding this gem. 20/10 recommend :)“

They specialize in MANY types of wine, craft beers and sangria. I’m had the Gailic Ale and an Oktoberfest, my wife had the red sangria. The atmosphere is that of a boutique book shop/winery. They offer a small selection of small bites that looked delicious. Very cool place . Prices were fair and we look forward to going back.“

I spoke with Lynn Allen (general manager) she walked me thru buying a gift card and I was able to surprise my daughter and her date with dinner covered. Lynn (and the hostess I spoke with) were so friendly and helpful! My daughter said her dinner was amazing and can’t wait to visit again!
