Taco Bell in Raleigh

“I exclusively go to this Taco Bell, because it is on point at the moment.
This specific time I am referring to was mid-Tues afternoon.

Firstly—the burritos I order I have to modify a bit because they no longer have it on the menu. They made them spot on exactly how I always wanted it—and how I would have made it when I was an employee. It seems odd, but I’m really grateful they did that because I haven’t had it that well done since I was making them, so thank you.

I was however missing my chicken nuggets, which was so not a big deal after having a glorious burrito and knowing I would be back on Glenwood in a little while. I called the location and told them I was missing the chicken nuggets and they told me to come by and get them if I could and it was no problem so that’s what I did. They gave me some coupons for free tacos, gave me extra nuggets and a few different sauces to dip. Thank you so much!! Really great customer service reclamation. So I will keep coming to this location.“

“Best Experience Ever at TACO BELL!! I was beginning to lose interest in Taco Bell. I came back when they brought the Mexican Pizza back. Since my first time getting the Mexican Pizza again in years ?...each Taco Bell I go to has been down hill, each time. I was hungry, visiting the area and stopped here..OMG!! I will travel from where I live, about 45 minutes away to get the cleanliness, customer service and fresh food with GREAT PRESENTATION, (Finally looking like the commercial) To the team at this location, THANK YOU!! I can see and taste the vibe and energy you all have made!! Keep up the GREAT Work!!“

“The staff members looked they enjoyed working there and were very upbeat and friendly. Seating area was clean and orderly. We ordered two bean burritos with assorted toppings from the kiosk and both were well-stuffed with each topping requested. Also ordered a potato taco with toppings which was well-made and tasty. Enjoyed the experience and recommend if you're in the area.“

“I haven't been to the Louisburg Rd location in years because of past experiences. I went today because I was with someone else. I was pleasantly surprised! They were very quick, very friendly, and most of all our order was correct and tasted good.“

“Came through in the drive thru with my friend because he wanted Taco Bell after he picked me up from work. Not too earlier my partner came through and unfortunately they forgot a couple items in the new box combo. The girl working was so sweet and immediately offered to help and admitted there was an issue that they forgot about. She made them immediately and also included cinnamon twists. I only want to put this review out there because that girl at the window deserves to be recognized!“

“BEST TACO BELL IN RALEIGH! My wife and I love this Taco Bell. We go out of our way to come to this one because it is far superior. The food is fresher, the portions are better, the customer service is always impeccable. While most fast food restaurants start to close everything down and stop taking orders 15 minutes before they close, this Taco Bell stays open and cooking all the way till close time. Saved our butts one day when we got there two minutes before closing one time., they stay open all the way to close.

I am thoroughly convinced, that if aliens ever come to earth and are trying to decide if humans are good or bad, that if they come to this Taco Bell, they will know that humans are super Duper wonderful!“

“Simply leaving this review in hopes the owner will see this. I came through the drive through late about 30 minutes before closing time. It was fairly busy with a couple cars in front and behind me. At first, things seemed to be running much slower than normal and I was getting a little impatient. When I was up to place my order Tyree had incredible customer service and immediately my mood changed. He apologized for the wait and informed me that they were trying out new store hours and were actually open a full hour past when they normally close. I think I only saw another 2 employees back there so pretty sure they were under staffed and I noticed some of their computer systems seemed to be shut down saying "Sorry we're closed" making their jobs even harder than normal. Tyree even offered a discount to make up for the wait which I declined as his positive attitude and amazing customer service completely made up for it. Not sure if Tyree is a manager or just an employee, but either way he deserves a raise.“
