“Wonderful tasting coffee from such a great and friendly staff!“

“I always leave a review for bad experiences but I think this store/ shop /bakery or what ever it is classified as deserves a big KUDO's...My wife and I stop by here about 3-4 times a week for coffee, her Dragon Fruit refresher and the dogs Blue berry munchkins and we always have a delightful conversation with the girls working in the morning. I would mention names but probably not a good idea...I will say the morning manager ROCKS and her crew are awesome. Always a pleasure to yap with them....Hard working people too, Ohhhhh and the guys who prep the wake-up wraps ROCK, always on time, hot and smiling when they bring it to the front.“

“This is the only way I could find to leave some form of comment. I just wanted to let everyone know that this McDonald’s has the absolute BEST team member I have EVER had the pleasure of meeting. Miss Debbie, if by any chance you get see this (and I hope you do!!), thank you SO much for being so awesome every single time we come in to get dinner for our kids and ourselves. You truly are such a wonderful person and an absolute joy to talk to. You definitely deserve to be employee of the day, week, month, year! “Ok, not only is the coffee amazing, but I just realized that I’ve been sleeping on their BAGELS this entire time!! As a recovering New Yorker, these are the best I’ve had in Eastern NC so far. Currently on cloud 9 with my bagel and cold brew. Had to come here and leave this review. Don’t be me. Don’t sleep on the bagel.“

“This place sells vape to 14 and 15 year old kids. The police are watching and so are we. Under the table deals. No receipt. No camera. No evidence. The kids know they can buy from this place. Working with local officials to shut this place down.“

“The coffee was absolutely delicious, and I have no complaints on that front. Unfortunately, the service didn’t quite meet the same standard. When I was told to drive around to the back of the drive-thru for my mobile order, which hadn’t even been made yet, it felt a bit unfair, especially since there was no one else waiting behind me. If it had been a busy time and I was informed that my order would take a while, I could have understood, but that wasn’t the situation at all.

I’m giving 4 stars instead of a lower rating because I recognize that the woman at the window might have been having a tough day. Still, I believe this issue should be addressed.“

“We can’t thank Ian at Dunkin' Donuts on Gum Branch Rd enough for helping us out in a pinch! When our usual vendor was unexpectedly closed, Ian came to the rescue with fulfilling a last-minute large order for one of our monthly events at New River Harley-Davidson. He went above and beyond, explaining what comes with the Boxes of Joe, crafting three amazing dozens of assorted donuts, and doing it all with a friendly smile. His excellent service saved the day, and we’re so grateful! Highly recommend this Dunkin’ for their fantastic staff and customer care.“
