Dunkin' Donuts in Rocky Mount

“I ordered 2 large hot original coffees and ask while I order I need a tray for the coffee. I have to repeat it again about tray for coffee. Upon arriving at drive thru window the lady trys to hand me a coffee no tray. I tell her again I need a tray for the coffee. I get a look from the lady she quickly turns her head and the lady beside her turns to look at the window and the lady making coffee behind them looks at the window to see who is at the window. All I can figure is they just chose not to listen to the customer and ignore your request for a drink tray and that is why they do not get a tip from me.“

Under normal circumstances but this morning I went to Dunkin Donuts on Sunset in Rocky Mount received a frozen coffee that was just ice on top crunched up warm coffee in the middle I don't even know what was at the bottom but it was the most god-awful thing I've ever tasted in my life I spent $5 for it in my opinion they should be ashamed of themselves which really upset me because normally I love their coffee“
