The baristas are very kind, friendly, and helpful. So much so, I’ve come to grow acquainted with some employees over the years. They do a loyalty program, and all they need is your # or email address. They offer many different flavors, so you’ll never grow tired of their options. Also the most affordable iced latte I can find, all while being the best! If you want a recommendation of different coffees to try, I do a white chocolate macadamia nut cold brew with a splash of almond milk. Or! A honey vanilla iced latte with oat milk. “Great little neighborhood deli in N. Raleigh area. Ordered the Grand Gobbler on focaccia (bread was perfect & so fresh) & the potato salad (literally some of the best I’ve ever had). It was all so plentiful & so very good! Place has a very simple, but tasteful menu. Super nice staff working Sabrina & (Dalton brought our food out & spoke) he always does a perfect job on preparing our sandwiches! 🥪 Overall service was great! Definitely a must for a quick lunch stop! Will definitely be back asap!“

“Since moving to Wake Forest a month ago I've been trying to support locally owned places to eat and shop rather then going with the big chains. Leave Starbucks behind and support an awesome local coffee shop.

Amazing coffee from growers that are fairly compensated for their work. Coffee that is roasted locally and correctly by coffee roasting experts. By far this is the best coffee I've found in the area. You can take the experience home by buying a bag of beans. This coffee is not the cheapest but the quality is easily tasted and worth every penny.

The atmosphere is awesome and great for meeting with friends or working away from the office. No overpowering music or loud noises here! Just a nice selection of music that compliments that atmosphere and not overpowers it.

The food is limited as the focus is on the coffee here. However they have small selection of muffins and filled croissants choose from.

The staff is always pleasant and ready to help but don't try to upsell you on some sugary specialty drink - they all know how to make a great cup of black coffee via their pour over if that's what you like (drip is available as well and always well brewed).

Black and White has become my new third place and office away from the office.“

“My wife and I drove 30 minutes this morning for a treat at Plant Cakes Bake Shop. The donuts and service were excellent as usual. When we returned to my truck, it wouldn't start so we called AAA for assistance. The tow came, identified the issue as a dead battery, but they didn't have jumper cables or a charge to get us started. I returned to the shop to ask if anyone had jumper cables, and the entire staff eagerly jumped into action. One staff member hurried to her vehicle for a charge and cables, and that got us back on the road. These are the types of high-initiative, family-owned, family-staffed businesses we should all go out of our way to support!“

“I was greeted upon entering this place, the food and drinks all look delicious! I got a frozen Java chip drink with coffee that was good! My partner got a churro sundae and couldn’t put it down once he took a bite! Simply sublime! They have a free parking lot in front of the store, about 5 or so tables and chairs inside. They have a changing table in the women’s bathroom and the bathrooms are very clean!“

“Gosh if there was a option for 6 stars it would have been pressed. Everything about this Starbucks seemed to be on point from the customer service to how the food came out. When someone like myself hates waiting countless minutes for food it helps to have a go to spot that I know will bring me my food efficiently and effectively.

Angy helped me pick out something that might interest me based on information I told her. Turns out the drink “Summer skies” was something that I really enjoyed and needed at the time. This would have not been possible without Angys assistance. I greatly appreciate everything she did for me in enhancing my experience at Starbucks and wish nothing but the best for her.

Furthermore this goes to show the caliber of people Starbucks hires and should come to no one’s surprise why they are doing so well in today’s age. This Starbucks is a must try Cafe and I recommend you and your family to try it out.“

“One of my favorite starbucks ever. Well, not one, it is my favorite. I like to call it one of my safe places. I loved coming here during highschool and now I come here during college. I love being able to study here and I love the management here. The staff is always so friendly and accomodating. I'm not even obsessed with starbucks drinks or food like that, but I love how sweet the staff is here and the atmosphere. Definitely a good study spot! I even see the workers on break or after their shift will work on their own things.“
