“Finally made it over to Ben’s Smokehouse, and baby, let me tell you… it did NOT disappoint! 😋🔥

I’ve seen the pictures of those long lines, so I hadn’t ventured over yet. Today was a rainy day, so I figured I’d take a chance and stop by. Turns out, I got there at just the right time! It wasn’t too crowded when I arrived, but it started picking up pretty quickly, so just know you may need a little patience.

I ordered the turkey breast, collard greens, mac and cheese, sweet potato cornbread, and honeybun cake. Y’ALL… EVERYTHING WAS SOOOO GOOD! 🤤👏🏾 That turkey was delicious, the sides were on point, and don’t even get me started on that sweet potato cornbread and honeybun cake! ❤️

I also asked about the sides because I don’t eat pork, and the staff let me know they don’t cook any of their sides with pork. That was good to know! The staff was super friendly, too, which made the experience even better.

Now, y’all know I’m not a fan of standing in long lines 😂, so I’ll be slow rolling and hoping I catch them on a good day with a short wait! But one thing’s for sure… I WILL be back! 🙌🏾

Oh, and if you’re going for the Dino, apparently, you better get there EARLY! 👀 They had only been open an hour when I arrived, and I overheard them tell a customer they were already sold out! 😂 So, I guess you need to be there when those doors open!

Looking for a good pickup spot for some delicious BBQ? Ben’s Smokehouse is definitely one to add to your list! Great food, friendly staff, and worth the visit. Just be prepared to be patient if you catch them during a rush! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“
