McDonald's in Salisbury

“Has not been very good in the past, cold flat sandwiches with carefree attitudes. Few months later, the staff is perky, upbeat, FAST!!!, and very polite. Appreciate the clean up and the food was great. 10/04/25 1045am this team was ON POINT!!!!“

“I’m not usually one to write a review for a restaurant but this one deserves it. Upon opening the door, I was greeted by two ladies welcoming me and thanking me for choosing McDonalds. This is a very unusual experience for a McDonalds. Just pointing this out. They proceeded to ask if I wanted to use the order kiosk or order at the counter. In general, all the ladies working there were super nice and I received my order (which was, I admit on the larger side for my family) very fast. They had the entire order completely correct in under a minute. She even asked if I wanted any sauces or anything while she handed me the bag. All in all, this was probably the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and these workers needed a raise. Event the food was nicely put together in the boxes, perfectly constructed burgers, and even perfectly layered nuggets. I even noticed that their ice cream machine was working, even though I didn’t order one. Upon leaving the place, I was again thanked for choosing McDonald’s and made sure everything tasted good. So joyful and attentive. Best McDonald’s experience ever!“

“My quarter pounder w/ cheese & fries combo is great every time, I use the app and there are typically deals on there. You are hurting yourself financially by not using the app/deals available with it. I typically have the food brought to my car in the parking lot, quite convenient! I only gave a 4 star for "atmosphere" because I honestly have not been inside.“

“I came through sometime in April but I still remember because I was very impressed because most McDonald’s have a bad rep for service not being very good but the last time I was here the staff was super friendly and fast and my food came out hot and fresh and it made my day and I just wanted everyone working there to know that they are all doing a great job! I know restaurant workers get overlooked and not shown appreciation a lot but it does not go unnoticed! Thank you for your hard work!“
