“They worked with me to order two cakes for which I drove from Virginia to pickup. The 12 layer Chocolate cake tasted just like my grandmother's; it was moist and tender and that frosting is sublime! I also bought a Coconut-Raspberry 12 layer cake that was the hit at my dinner party! The cake could not have been better, the raspberry wasn't overpowering, but leant a freshness that was unexpected. The coconut frosting was not overly sweet, but tasty. While there, my friend and I each got a sandwich; chicken salad and egg salad, and a scone for lunch which we enjoyed on the ride home. The employees were super helpful and cheerful and all in all, it was a delightful experience and we will be back!”

“I had a frozen lime margarita, which is always great. For dinner I ordered a azteca burrito, it had steak, chicken, shrimp and sauteed green peppers, onions and that's all. The top was laced with cheese sauce, as well as a red enchilada and Verde sauce. This was absolutely delicious ? “Old fashioned BBQ joint. Seating area and bathrooms were clean, food was good and service was quick. I only tried the pulled pork sandwich and it was delicious. The rest of the menu has your typical fare. Several choices of meats and sides. I couldn't find any one thing that makes truly unique but what they're doing is done well, at least from the good amount of patrons that were there.”

“Great first-time experience here! My SIL and I were visiting from out of town and called in a takeout order for a large supreme pizza and garlic knots. Everything was DELICIOUS. The pizza had a generous amount of toppings and was perfectly seasoned (I've had some very salty supreme pizza at other places). The garlic knots were great, too - soft, buttery, cheesy yumminess. On top of the quality food, the service was stellar. Everyone was polite and friendly, which is such a breath of fresh air these days. Would love to try other things on their menu the next time we're in town.”

Best service call your order in if you already know what you like to order. Otherwise you may have to wait a little bit if you walk in and place your order. But it's worth the wait. However my son had chicken fingers that were overcooked, I should have sent them back,but it took a while to get our food and it was getting close to closing time.I think the wattress we had made our experience a great one!This was St.Pattysday night.”

“Just tried Taylor's Oak for the first time and boy we were not disappointed. I had the hamburger steak and my friend had the fried shrimp. Both were excellent! But that doesn't even compare to the cheesecake. Freshly made and delicious. The service was wonderful and we can't wait to go back again.”
