“UPDATE: We brought the sandwiches back to the store this evening. I don't know his name, but the young black gentleman was so nice and polite -- he redid our sandwiches, no attitude, made very well.
That's why I changed to 4 stars.

We ordered two tuna footlongs, VERY specific, one with several vegetables and cheese, one with lettuce only, no cheese, because my husband is allergic to cheese of any type. Guess which one got the cheese? Fortunately, he only ate a small bite, a corner that didn't have the cheese -- cheese was very skimpy.
I tried to call the store, let it ring twice at 15 rings each and no one picked up.
I. Am. Not. Pleased. If I can get over there -- I'm disabled -- they will hear about it.
If there was a star less than one, they'd get that.“

“It’s been awhile since I had visited this particular location. When we got in for dinner, there was a small line, nothing terrible. Even though they were busy, the staff was having a great time, kept a smile on their faces and humor to make you forget the wait. Food was just as good as expected as well. “We come waaaayyy out of the way and pass multiple subways to get to this location for 2 reasons. 1... this is one of the few that still accepts the coupon that feeds my family of 2 adults and 2 little boys for 25 dollars...that's adding a box of cookies for dessert lol. You can't beat that anywhere. 2. Jordan. Absolutely a sweetheart and goes above and beyond with our special requests. The quality of the subs (how they're made by the ARTIST HERSELF, and ingredients are way better here than any location we've been too.... I've been to so many even ones in California while I ate it there every single day as my pregnancy craving! So go see Jordan! ❤️“

“This was one of the best places I've ever been to. We'd had a busy day & Sudbury realize how late it had gotten. It was too late to deliver so I went for pick up.

The staff was amazing, so friendly & had our large order ready super fast. We have complicated orders but didn't have to keep repeating the directions.
