“Pleasant employees, clean facilities, and restaurant. My usual routine with this location is always to go in and order. Generally, the food and extra attention to details has always been better that way. However, my last two experiences as this location haven't been great both times my fries were cold and soggy. This last time even though I paid for extra cheese on one sandwich and extra pickles on the other I didn't receive either. I'm a little disappointed this location has always been my go to Mickey D's.“

“Has experiences with multiple individuals with authority. They do actually care about your experience. One of my orders was wrong because of my own doing (I wasn't specific during my order) and the shift manager was very empathetic and accommodating. I didn't accept because I acknowledged my mistake but I really appreciated the gesture. Will definitely come back here and plan to.“

The young gentleman at the register was extremely nice and even accommodated us with 2 free 20 oz sodas because their fountain machine wasn't working properly. “It has taken me hours to realize what happened. That young manager got it in her mind that I was trying to steal an extra sandwich. She apparently did not believe that they had failed to prepare the sandwich correctly. “This tacobell is usually pretty awesome , I will say tonight tho I got 2 mini taco salads and one was light chipotle, nether of the boxes was marked so it's just a guessing game and there was no plastic ware or napkins, annddd the chips are ALWAYS upside down“

“Respect the Workers – They're Doing Their Best!

I honestly dread coming into this Subway sometimes—not because of the food (it’s great!), but because of how rude some of the customers are to the employees. It's ridiculous.

I've seen people yelling at staff just because the nachos can't be customized. That’s not the employees' fault—the rules changed! Don’t take it out on them for doing what they’re told to do.

Same goes for coupons. The prices are already lowered! Don’t get mad when they can't accept every promo or coupon you throw at them.

Also, stop getting upset when they’re working on online orders. Those come in first, and employees have to prepare them in order. That’s how it works. Throwing a fit won’t change that.

And please… let the employees finish what they’re doing. I’ve seen customers try to talk to them while they’re literally cheesing bread or focused on another sandwich. Just wait a second. It’s not that hard.

At the end of the day, these are real people—some of them are just teens—doing the best they can for barely over minimum wage. Show some empathy.

And here's a tip (literally): online tips don’t even go to the workers. If you place an online order and want to support the crew, bring in some cash and tip in person. They deserve it.
