“Me and my wife were passing through springhope nc .and we stopped at Burger King. We haven't eaten at Burger King in a very long time.due to the fact alot of the stores are kinda run down and the food really wasn't as good as it use to be. But today when we walked in this place was extremely clean and the music was like stepping back in time .when we approached the counter a young lady her name was Hailey. She was so kind and she was very helpful. Our order was the best that we have ever eaten at a Burger King. Me and my wife truly enjoyed our visit and even though we stay a hour from there we plan on coming back more often.i would recommend stopping by there and check it out .and u will not be disappointed“

“I'm not a big fan of subway, however the staff here is pleasant. I went here roughly a month ago and still remember a great experience I had. I had asked the staff some of their favorite sandwich combo's. I settled with one of a younger gentleman's suggestions for a rotisserie chicken, and bacon on, the herbs and cheese bread. Toasted, with pepperjack cheese. Topping it off with spinach, black olives, peppercorn ranch, and their secret sauce (it has a label called "ask us about this sauce" and is one of my favorite buffalo sauces I have ever tried. It reminds me of a buffalo sauce, mixed with a Tennessee hot sauce. It has a little smokiness and kick) as well as salt and pepper. I asked him if he had ever named his creation, and we determined it shall be called the beast.This was a memorable experience and I was happy the staff not only played around, but seemed joyed by getting to make some suggestions.Well done subway, I still get this exact sub to this day!“

“A lady danced in front of the paper towel dispenser to prove to me it didn’t work. Additionally, there wasn’t the coke dispenser where you get to customize your drink to your specific preferences. I did struggle to fill out the survey on the QR code that was located at the table. It said I could fill out a review for the cheesecake and so that is what I am doing. Feedback: At exit 250 there was a billboard that said we could come to Zaxby’s but it was covered by the trees. Perhaps tree trimmers?“

“I went through the drive thru last week and I ordered and went to pay this young lady named Kristi and I over paid by $5 so she kindly told me and handed it back to me. It’s hard to find honest people these days but she definitely is one and it was much appreciated and it was admirable. Great job young lady! Give her a raise.“

“This place is off the beaten path but the service and atmosphere was fantastic! I ordered off the app and in the store... but the staff never missed a thing and would probably say one of the top experience i have had with a subway and fast food altogether.... good job too the two ladies that we're working“

“This subway has improved a lot in recent weeks. The store seems cleaner and the employees are more friendly. Food was good. Did notice the clerk was ringing people out with gloves on using the back of her fingers then going back to fix app orders. Other lady was not changing gloves between customers even after touching a lot of vegetables that the next customers might not want to taste on their food. Example..anchovies, banana peppers“

“Lately I have not been eating fast food as much as before for a few reasons (lack of customer service being a main one) but was on the road, heading home and stopped here. Customer Service was on point! The staff was super friendly and the food came out fresh and pretty fast. It was refreshing to have the staff smile and greet us when we came inside.“

“Only 3 people working in the whole establishment,Manager,Girl workin the front Line and a guy cleaning up..You couldnt even tell they was short staffed...I still got my food fresh and hot..I praised them all because they still made it happen and knew they had a Job to do!!! 😎😎💪💪💪💪💪“
