Well, that's not true that it's ALL I can say. From my Trip Advisor research, this was a planned stop for me and my husband on the way to Sugar Mountain for a few days of traveling up the Blue Ridge Parkway, Grandfather Mountain and fall leaf peeking...and YES, it was THE leaf peak week there, just last week! I ordered the pimento cheese panini and it was so yummy!! The potato salad was great too! My friend love the quiche and my other friend got a kids meal. Great food great atmosphere!! The scenery getting there is unbelievable!!

Stopped here when on a drive of the Blue Ridge Pkwy. Place was very busy. Tried a number of menu items. All were good. Reuben sandwich was excellent! Keep in mind their hours are limited serving lunch only. They close for the season in November until Spring. General store is next to cafe offering cheese, beer & wine soft drinks., snacks and souvenirs.
