“This shop serves a limited number of flavors of Artesana ice cream. The Mint Chocolate Chip was excellent, made without the usual green dye. The shop also sells other high end items and food. Worth the effort to find this small outpost.”

“My daughter never eats her kids meals. Maybe a chicken nugget or two…. Maybe a bite of grilled cheese. She’s three, so you know how it goes. She ate the heck out of her ham and cheese sandwich from here. The bread was SO soft and the ham and cheese were really high quality. My husband and I had a very delightful meal, and the staff was so friendly. We had a great experience and will be going out of the way to return here for another great meal. Back again for ice cream after a trip to the playground nearby!”

“Very nice place and very friendly people. We did a flight of the sweet wines all we good but were a little to pricey for me. The wine slushy was fantastic. 5 dollar refill was great went back next day and had more.”

“Went to the Crabtree falls and stopped here on the way back. Very nice atmosphere and great service. They have a nice little souvenir store that communicates with the dining area . Food is good, a bit pricey but is what you can expect from touristy places .
We tried the pimento cheese, the adult grilled cheese (they forgot the bacon) and the hotdog.
Desert was amazing.”

“Love the quality offerings. The fresh bread is amazing. I got the Lox Benedict and my hubs the Montecristo. Both were so good. The strawberry matcha over ice was lovely as well. We also grabbed a couple cookies for the road. They were the best I’ve had in a long time. We got the peanut butter and the chocolate espresso. I wish I bought more than one.”

“My wife and I love this place. The food is amazing, the service is outstanding, and it's just a cool place to eat. Being from Bristol Va we can't eat there every week, but we try to. Good motorcycle ride for us, and always look forward to the next time we can go. Keep up the good work guys.”

“My brother and I stayed at the campgrounds this past week and I will be recommending both the campground and the brewery to everyone! Hands down the best ciders and wines I’ve ever had, and I was blown away that they’re all made with the fruit grown onsite. If you have the chance to stop by you absolutely should, you won’t regret it! Also, the owners are some of the sweetest people you will ever meet!

“We have been here a couple times. Once last year on our visit for a women's retreat - had the hog rolls, and omg...that alone - and all the sauces...so good, be sure to ask to try them. And then I brought my husband back and again - the hog rolls are the winner...with the something stinger sauce? anyway - I agree with whomever said the young gal cared more about her phone, that was true the first time we were there, but seemed to me that they got the message b/c the last time we were in - which was March, she was reading a book. This is a family owned place and I am impressed at their drive for customer service. This is a hard business and a super hard time to be in the restaurant biz. More people should give this a try!”

“This was a delightful addition to our Orchard visit! The JUMBO hotdogs and chilled apple cider were perfect for a hungry family fresh off the Blue Ridge Parkway. The friendly staff even offered a chopped wiener for the pup . No need to search for food before a day of picking. These folks got you covered!

Great convo with the owner who is knowledgeable about the area . The next visit we had the salmon and firecracker shrimp . The mixed veggies were blanched like the French do it . We were FORCED to try the new place near WALMART...Oh NOooooooo....it was no taste, cold food, slow service, dirty bathrooms and BLAND...very disappointing. Hope you are back open and cooking soon.
