“The wait to get in was quite long. Went in about 7 PM. Had to wait for almost 45 mins. After we got sat, there was another 30-40 mins before our order was taken. The food was great as usually. The soups were a hit or miss. But loved the sushi.
Definitely not a place to go when you’re hungry. Something to try when you have ample time.“

“Last night my husband and I went to the Mayfair Seafood restaurant in Monroe and it was worth the 45 minute drive, worth the money, and we had a great waitress named Amy! The fish was cooked perfectly. I had a baked sweet potato and it was cooked just right. We both had the flounder platters, and yes their prices have gone up a little bit, but it was well worth the money and our waitress was on top of things, she made sure we had tea when we needed it, extra napkins, and tartar sauce. Before this I guess it had been a little over a year since we had been there because the last time we were there our service wasn't that great and the fish was a little greasy but this time everything was just perfect. When the fish is cooked as great as it was last night, you guys have the best fish within a hundred miles of Monroe or maybe even further out than that so keep up the good work!“

Me and my mother came here on Valentine’s Day and it was our first time here. It’s quaint and lovely, right in the middle of Lake Park community.

“This is hands down the best Ethiopian food in Charlotte. We live in South Carolina and will drive up to eat here. The staff are also super friendly. The only negative comment that I can give it that it takes forever to get your food. You can expect to wait an hour from ordering and that's on a slow day. We know this and plan for it everything we go. As long as you don't expect a quick meal, the food is worth the wait. The artwork on the walls and tables sets a good ambiance.
