We had Cole as our server and regardless of how busy it was that night, he made us feel like we were his only priority. He was very knowledgeable about your massive spirit selections and I mean massive! The food was fantastic and cooked to perfection. We got the Really Good Burger and let me tell you, we said medium and it was on point! It was very well seasoned which is rare when you go out to restaurants. Then to top off the night, my daughter got the beignets with the cold brew icing, WOW! I am a sweets person and these with that icing just WOW! Cole even put a candle on the rim of the dish because it was her birthday! So, you have our business any time we are in Charlotte! I just can’t say enough about our experience!!! “Visited Matthews, NC few days ago and had lunch here. The food was awesome (I had Jalapeno Poppers and Peter Piper burger), and so was the beer selection (I had a really good blonde ale (cannot recall the name unfortunately)). Service was great, and washrooms were clean. The place has a really cool vibe to it, looks like one would feel at home there while watching sports on one of the many screens.“

My wife ordered the grilled flat iron steak; chef's kiss, especially with the sweet potato and bacon gratin. I had the fried chicken, which was pretty good, too. Salads were amazing, and MIL said the fried green tomatoes were the best she's ever had. Do yourself a favor - if you're looking for a solid, flavorful meal, check New South out. “Dinner at The Cowfish is always a win. We’ve visited the Orlando location dozens of times, but tonight bisited the Charlotte location since we were in town. Faith, our server, recommended the Togarashi shrimp, and it was phenomenal. Mel, the manager, came out and spoke to us about our visits to Orlando, made some more recommendations, and made sure we were well set for the evening. We had the Buffalo chicken sandwich and Texas chili cheeseburger, both were absolutely excellent. The Cowfish is a must stop in Charlotte or Orlando!“

“We've been going to the Cajun Queen for over 32 years! NEVER had a bad meal or experience. I especially recommend the fried oysters (I don't like oysters, but these are awesome) and the bbq shrimp appetizers, their special with the Mahi Mahi and either topping they offer are my go-to's. My husband loves the Bayou platter (it's a LOT of food). You will not be disappointed!“
