“This is by far, one of my favorite coffee shops in the area. The coffee is good and hot (an understated quality). They're always willing to brew a fresh batch when the hot coffee has been sitting. The only downside is that the service and atmosphere can be inconsistent at times. I've been charged different prices for the same item several times. This particular shop is more conducive to in-person meetings as opposed to remote working/ video meetings due to the noise. There is a back room which is ideal for remote working but unfortunately it can become a bit noisy as well (music and other patrons). The lighting, decor, and ambience added pluses.“

I recommend the sparkling sodas specifically the coconut and the vanilla and all of their cold brews are amazing if you have little children the mini donuts are like a dollar and it’s a great option there pretzel bun sliders are also amazing and they’re very friendly.“

“10/10 BEST COFFEE EVER!! I live in Shelby, NC.... and I would much rather drive all the way to this location (35 mins) to get my coffees because it is made 100% right every time I order! Shelby location messes it up almost every time I go. I always ask for my sugar melted and it’s always on point with the lincolnton store! Shelby never melts my sugar unless two certain girls Harley and Nikki are there! And the flavor is never the same even though I get the exact same order each time! Thank you to the lincolnton crew bc you have yet to disappoint or mess my order up! They are also always so courteous and thank me for my business and tell me to have a nice day! 😍🥰🙌🏻 You guys ROCK!! Hands down the best Dunkin location near me, and fabulous customer service and even better Dunkin’ Experience!
