“I love Dunkin Donuts Coffee…I just don’t like the Dunkin on Turnersburg Road! My husband walked into Dunkin a couple of days ago because he know how much I love their coffee and thought he’d bring me a cup. He told the young girl behind the counter what he wanted. She replied “I can’t sell it to you. You have to order on the app!” Mind you now, my husband has an old fashioned flip phone and said I don’t know anything about using an app. Can you please just get me a coffee? She moved away and came back with her supervisor who repeated the same thing. My husband stood there for a good while during this exchange and said to them…isn’t this a bit ridiculous? The both of you stood here, wasted a whole lot of time telling me you can’t sell me a cup of coffee when you could have instead just made the coffee and be done with it! How idiotic is this???“

“I got a dozen for me and my friend and once we sat down we ate and all the sudden a person who worked there was making a large coffee and I guess they messed it up and give it to us for free she was really nice and I would definitely recommend coming here bc of how nice they are“
