“Last minute called in for a Pep Pizza and I must say this has been the most comparable NY Pizza I had and I’m born and raised in Long Island! The entire staff is friendly & aims for the ultimate customer experience .The bus staff works hard to clear the tables and keep the floors clean .The bathrooms are always kept clean also. With that being said, I do NOT recommend drinking the water here. Something is definitely not quite right. It tastes like melting plastic every single time.

“Tastes like Papa Johns. Rarely have an issue with the pizza. However, they tend to forget Added on sauces when delivering. If not for that, they would get 5 stars. Employees are polite. We have a family of 5, including teenagers, so we order a lot of food.“

The guy was solo in the middle of lunch rush and was cranking out orders faster than when there was a full staff while still maintaining good quality. “I was thrilled to see Jets pizza offer a gluten free pizza that was the standard thin crust that others use so I decided to check it out. Like most pizza places it's a small pizza for the price of a regular pizza, but being gluten intolerant I know that it simply costs more to prepare gluten free dishes. I ordered online and when I arrived 20 mins later it was ready. The guy at the counter was friendly and even offered to remake my pizza because it didn't have enough cheese on part of it. In the current climate attitudes and services are often not as they should be, however, I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The gluten free crust was nice, thick, fluffy, and tasty. I would say more cheese would be the only thing that makes it even better! Thanks Jets pizza for finally making a worthwhile Gluten Free Pizza. ( No I was not paid for the review!).
