“This is without question the BEST subway I’ve ever been to! (Yes I’ve been to many subways) The food is always top notch but you kinda expect it to be. Subway for them strict rules on exactly how the food is to be prepared!! Yeah five star on the food!! That’s not at all what this review is about! It’s about the service! We all know how deeply Helene hurt all of us in our little valley and they were right on the river. Since they’ve reopened the service and human interaction surpasses any and all expectations!!! The staff there are so kind and most importantly genuine!! Great job!!! Thank you for embodying all that is good about our valley!!! I’m only give five stars because it won’t let me give more!!!!“

“GREAT food and service! We brought a group of 22 people. It took maybe 10 mins to get everyone’s order made and paid for on one ticket. The workers were so kind and no one complained about having a large crowd. The store environment and tables were clean. The manager was kind enough to give everyone a cookie. If we are ever in this area again we will definitely come back by this Subway!“

“This was a really nice subway, been here twice now, I've had the steak and cheese and BMT both subs were good as well as what I ordered, I did order from the App which was nice as everything was ready when I arrived, didn't let it effect your score but bathrooms were not bad but could be clean, still let you have your five star rating. “My husband and I stopped at this Subway on our way to Raleigh today, July 4th and had the delight of having Caden Russell make our sandwiches! He was the sweetest, most culturally aware young man we’ve had the pleasure of being served by! Since we wanted a vegetarian sandwich he made sure not just the gloves, but even the knife he used to cut our sandwich were new and had not been used on a meat sandwich! Kudos to this subway for being so sensitive to their customers needs and we’d HIGHLY recommend being served by CADEN. “I stopped in for a quick lunch. The store was clean and the line wasn’t long. I ordered the number 2 bundle and a cookie. The staff were nice and my order was accurate. I usually get the #13, but they had a special for the #2. I thought it was good. The only thing that I noticed was that the bread was much smaller than usual.“

“We love Jersey Mike’s Sub in a Tub. But at this JM on Hendersonville Road they let people in without masks. They are giving their order against the glass partition spewing spit and coughing. We couldn’t get out fast enough and sanitized like crazy in the parking lot. You need to Do Better!“
