“The Jarrett House hotel and interior looks great. They did a wonderful job on restoration; however, the restaurant food was horrible. We went for dinner and the food was bland and tasteless. The chicken was the best part of it but it ends there. From the biscuits, sides and desert were not appetizing at all and the ham had so much fat on it I was able to eat maybe a third of it. We never asked for any seconds due to it being so unappetizing. I was hoping for the Country ham they were so noted for in years past. Been local for 26 years and it will take a completely new menu with great tasting food and much more positive reviews before I will ever step back in it for dinner.“
