“Absolutely delicious Thanksgiving dinner we ordered! Staff helped me load to my car and it was ready when I arrived. The Turkey was smoked and my whole family loved it. The sides were very delicious as well, a lot better than what you get at the grocery store. I loved the sweet potatoes and cranberry sauce the best. Tastes homemade and absolutely amazing!! Thank you!!“

“We hired Dan & Debbie to cater our sons graduation party for 60 people! The food arrived on time, hot and tasted amazing!!! It was a hit and all the brisket, turkey & chicken wing went fast! We ordered enough, but people went back for 2nd & 3rds! Banana pudding was the “excellent” cherry on top! They are our favorite BBQ place in town, especially the Brisket!!!“

“Absolutely fantastic food and even better service. Taylor's takeover as GM blasted City Barbecue into the stratosphere. I love service that feels more like a casual meet with a new friend, rather than a clinical transaction; and Emily and Alex go above and beyond in this regard every time. I would do unholy things for a Smokehouse Salad with brisket, hardboiled egg tossed in, smothered in the house Chipotle Ranch and Brushfire sauce. Keep on rocking.“

“Stopped in tonight for the first time based on word of mouth, and were surprised, we were a little nervous because it seemed slow for a Sat night, but we were coming in about an hour before close so that might have been it.
Our group had ribs, pork chops, and the BBQ platter as well as the appetizer sampler. Everything was great, and the server was awesome - even though we came in within an hour of closing, we never felt rushed and she was super attentive and helpful. No complaints, and we'll be back.“

“Towne Tavern is our favorite local watering hole! The staff are super friendly and make the place, especially Amanda and Andie. The daily specials and bingo/music bingo give something fun to do. I work from home so getting out of the house for fun and hanging out with the locals is what it’s all about. We’ve been coming to the place for a while and think the food has been so much better under new management. Definitely check it out if you haven’t been!“
