“My 5 star review is for Brianna who saw me struggling with the Apple Pay lol, and immediately came running. When I first came in, I told the young lady behind the counter (she looked sweet, but maybe she was just shy) that this was my first time here. She smiled, but turned back around to finish packing the box of cookies she had been working on. Again, she seemed really sweet, so I don’t think her ignoring me was intentional but after standing there for a minute or so, I noticed that other people were starting to come in and tap the monitors on the side of the wall. I got the young ladies attention again, and asked if I’m supposed to order on the wall, to which she replied with a smile, “Yes.” It looked like they were really busy trying to get in a big order or something in, so I didn’t take it too personally, but I told her “Honey, you have to tell me these things so I know.” She smiled, and I headed to the monitors on the wall, but the Apple Pay didn’t seem to be working, which may have been user error lol. Either way, cute little Brianna came to my rescue and answered every single question that I could possibly have about Crumbl cookies. She had the sweetest demeanor, and not only was she extremely knowledgeable, but she also made me feel so welcomed! I really appreciate her and I hope that thugs company appreciates her as well. She is an absolute gem!!“

I had provided brief details of what Owas looking for and sent some pictures. The cake came out so well and was a perfect match to our theme . Still unable to believe how chef could imagine and perfectly match my idea without even looking at the decor etc. it tasted delicious and was delivered on time . “I found out about this bakery on my visit back home in MN. I was so impressed I had to find a location near me here in Charlotte so I was very happy to learn Charlotte has a few locations. I live near this one so I came and checked it out on Christmas day with my sons. This was their first visit. Overall it was a very nice Christmas day treat. We all enjoyed our pastries that seem to have just the right about of sweetness in them and that's what I love most about this bakery, you don't feel guilty about indulging in a sweet treat because it's not overly sugary. They have other goodies as well that aren't sweet so if desserts aren't your thing you can still find something for you. The only thing that I don't like is they don't heat up your pastries but they do have a microwave you can use in the dining area and also my latte wasn't hot enough for me. It was like as soon as I picked it up from the counter it was already warm which is weird as I had literally picked it up as soon as she finished making it so idk if they're machine was faulty or they just don't use the hottest setting or what but when I order coffee I like it hot, I do not like cold or room temp coffee at all lol and I understand not serving it extremely hot but I should feel some kind of heat when I'm drinking it lol.“

The food is extremely authentic, flavory, exquisite. Service feels exactly as if you go to a bakery in Bogota and all the team members & even the owners make you feel at home.
I am not a fan of driving but since I know this restaurant I get way out of my errands to fit a trip to the bakery get me a coffee and try their amazing products. I have tried stuff that I don’t usually like and all is recommended. The portions are also very generous & congruent with the price. The only thing I do not like very much is that they have a shelf next to the cashier and they sell all kind of Colombian products from my childhood I love the exhibit but can’t fall for it because I could be developing a belly if don’t control what I eat there ?!!

Debbie was very responsive and worked with us in designing a cake that matched the theme of the birthday. Not only did the design come out beautiful, the cake was one of the best, if not the best, cake that I have ever had. Our birthday guests could not stop talking about how good the cake was. Moreover, a couple family members came over the day after the birthday party to have another slice because the cake was that good. “The Best Crepe in Charlotte! I have been coming to Crepe Bistro for almost 5 years now. It has become my daughter and I favorite spot for our Sunday morning father/daughter time. She always orders her "usual" nutella crepe with chocolate ice cream. Even when we call to order for pick up, she asks for the "usual" and the super friendly staff knows what that is❤️. This wonderful place will be part of our memories through our whole life. She was about 10 when they opened, and now at 15 she is driving me to Crepe Bistro (permit driving practice). The rest of the family has tried the Elvis Presley, Strawberry cheesecake, Belgian waffle, and we love them. Kind staff, and great food for the whole family. Simply the Best Crepe in Charlotte.“

“This is a beautiful little bakery. They make great pastries, the closest I found in Charlotte to the real French ones. They used to make great croissants and pain au chocolat but lately they changed the recipe, I would say skip them and get the pastries.
They offer an array of drink options.
This spot is good hangout place for small groups (4). It is a small place that gets filled up quickly specially on weekends. The parking is free but can be tricky at times as this place is located in a small shopping area with other restaurants and a couple of stores - so plan accordingly.
