“Just a little restaurant in downtown Lexington, but it has some of the most authentic food you will ever eat. This is the real deal, folks. This is where many Hispanics go to eat, which is what I look for in a restaurant. If a specific ethnic group appreciates the food from their heritage, that's what I want!It has a condensed, popular menu on the wall and a more broad and detailed menu on the counter.I have not eaten anything here that I did not like. “Came here for Mother’s Day with my Mom and Grandma and had a great time. This place is wheelchair accessible (not sure about auto doors but I’m positive an employee would prop them if needed). The bathroom sinks had open space under them for washing hands for those in a wheelchair or mobility scooter. Very clean place all around. Roxan was great and we enjoyed our tasting experience! Beautiful scenery to look ant and enjoy a glass of wine, food, and conversation. The wine is amazing and so are the wine slushies.“

“Loved the food I tried Sopes with carne asada they were perfectly cooked. Also tried a birria quesadilla and man was it delicious, the tortilla was homemade I likedit some much I got two full orders to go. My f friends of husband also tried the Carne Asada and he said it was really good better than the usual Mexican restaurant him and his wife is visit. “OMG. I love me some Moravian Cookies. To me they are the best. Some of my favorites are: Sugar Crisp, and Ginger. I like the Chocolate Chip also. In my younger years I toured the factory and that was when I got my first taste of the cookies and from there I have like them since. The factory is really only about 7 minutes from my home so I can go over there at any time. The women that work there are so very nice and friendly. Always have been.“

“Love this Thai spot in our little town. I always order their papaya salad the stinky traditional way with lots of peppers, their steak, chicken satay, green Curry, pad thai and sticky rice with mango dessert. Their Pho is really good too. Great food and lovely service!“

“Our family just tried this place for the first time and was not disappointed. The food we ordered was so good and the customer service was great. They did inform us the Google has an outdated menu and pricing. They're working to try to correct this. The food was quality and very good. We were satisfied with the value and taste. We had a good size dinner and leftovers for under 40 bucks. When you add the slaw to the pork with some of the tangy spicy sauce that's the best bite. You can definitely taste the time and care of the smoke. The sides were all tasty / thanks folks well done.“

They are currently only opened during the week but are looking to add Saturday hours.They bake yeast rolls for buns, garlic bread, and pizza crust fresh daily. The roast beef sandwich is one of the best things you will find in this earth for the price!The desserts are amazing too. Try both cookie skillets AND the hot fudge cake featuring great grandma’s recipe!We drive 51 miles round trip from Greensboro to eat there. Go there once and you will feel like a regular!“

“Hubby and I did a tasting, he found 3 of 5 sweets to his liking. I enjoyed 2 of 5 dry. Lovely woman served us, knowledgeable. Bought a couple of bottles to enjoy on the relaxing patio, ate our picnic dinner while the sun went down. Music Bingo started. Unfortunately, the guy ran out of bingo cards. “First timer to Speedys. We got chopped plate, red slaw, potato salad (puddin'), fries, salad. Must be 2#'s of bbq on the plate. Double portions of sides. Certainly enough for 2 people. Bbq very flavorful but on the dry side. Dip was good but I like mine more thin rather than thick. Red slaw was 10 out of 10. Potato salad puddin was perfect consistency but was missing something. Crinkle fries were excellent especially after adding some seasoned salt that was on the table. Add one star to the review just for having Heinz ketchup. 10 times better than any food service supply brand. Salad was iceberg lettuce, fresh chopped tomatoes, cheddar cheese and pickle relish or chopped pickles with Ken's Golden Italian. Another good brand instead of food service dreck. Service was telepathic. The ladies knew what I wanted before I did. Fresh, hot, hush puppies too. I was starvin' and could not have had better or faster food. We will be back soon.“

“Bull City is a gem in Lexington! They have draft beers from local breweries in addition to their own ciders. They have a diverse lineup of ciders on tap and the menu describes whether they are sweet or dry, which I appreciate. Get a pint, or choose 4 or 5 different ciders to add to a flight. They're delicious! They have lots of outdoor seating and two areas inside when the weather is too cold. And the first and third Saturdays of the month they feature a small farmer's market! Excited to return soon!“

“Best Mexican food I’ve had in Lexington, NC. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for AUTHENTIC Mexican food. The tacos are bomb and not only is the food good but their service is great. My husband loves the tortas and my son loves getting the chicken quesadilla with rice on the side. We will definitely be coming back!“

“Update 4/12/24: The food has really gone down since our last visit. This location used to be our ma8n location but since switched to the one on Hanes Mall. This visit constantly made the wr9ng order, had a long wait to get food to the point people were leaving. Wait staff was not the problem and there were several cooks. Food was super dry and they could not make banana foster without somehow killing the bananas. I doubt we will be back here for a while and see how the kitchen is next time.“

“Mossy's Eats Ales & Spirits is a great bar and restaurant in Clemmons. They've got plenty of indoor seating and a covered outdoor patio with a lot of TV's for a variety of sports. Probably more famous for their Banana Splits, they hold their own with traditional shoulder pork; properly chopped or course. Plenty of seating and an atmosphere reminiscent if my childhood visiting local diners. If you can, ask for a chopped plate with sauce on the side…sometimes the pork can be drowning in the sauce without an opportunity to savor the smoke flavor the pitmasters work hard to curate.“

Food hot and big portions. Very tasty too. We got sesame chicken and General Tso chicken both so good. Egg rolls were best I have had in LEXINGTON! I haven’t eaten in the restaurant, but I’ve had a confusing experience with their staff at the register which is why I docked a star for service. Sorry for the photos! The egg roll was very large and filled with shrimp and cabbage. The boneless duck was amazing. I was served a large sliced duck breast on top of mixed vegetables with a thick brown sauce. The skin was cooked perfectly and crispy. The meat was delicious with just enough fat to keep it moist. I was very impressed with this dish. I could not finish everything as there was too much food.
