“Everest kitchen has stepped up their original game and brought back freshly made, authentic Indian food to Wendell. Any amount of minutes is definitely worth the wait for a table here, especially since the same friendly faces are now running the show. Being as busy as they are, they always take the time to make sure it's a comfortable wait, so have a drink at the bar! The phenomenal Samoa's come out hot and fresh and well complimented by the house made red dipping sauce. I thoroughly enjoy the heavier presence of basil and excellent balance of spices. The PANEER TIKKA MASALA or Chicken Tikka Masala are still the stars of the show in my book. Cheers!“

“The food here is excellent for a Chinese carryout. Spices in the wonton are perfect. The fried wontons are crispy. Filling is great. The entree delicious spices.

This man needs to get a proper website with his full menu up. So far nothing online shows all of what he has available.“

“Went there for the first time on 2/14/2025. Ordered take-out from the dinner menu. Had the combination Hunan Chicken, sesame chicken, lo mein, crab Rangoon, & hot & sour soup. The flavors were all great!!! There is only one set back I want to mention…. “The Lo Mein” is not my preferred dish & will not order it ever again. The noodles were spaghetti noodles & does not do any justice to the dish. I was told my order was will be ready in 30 mins (I know it’s an estimate) but I got there 30 mins later & waited an additional 30 + mins….

Parking: I couldn’t find the place cause their lights were off. The parking was hard to get in & out due to heavy traffic (went around 6pm).“

“My family and I have been eating here for YEARS!!! After a little while they started to recognize us and even have our orders ready before we called. Although it's been a few years we recently started going back again and they still remembered us and asked how we've been! One of the best mom and pop places you'll find honestly.“

“One piece of advice, don't get delivery. Pick up only and show up 5 minutes before your projected "order ready" time.
There are dishes that they do up right and then some that could use some R&D.
1. Sesame Chicken = great!
2. Egg Foo Yung = great!
3. Sweet & Sour chicken = as expected
4. Moo shu pork or chicken = the moo shu is good, but the pancakes are shit! I use tortillas from LA Bonita
5. Beef with garlic sauce = awesome!
6. Fried rice = don't waste your money
7. Dragon & Phoenix = good
8. Shrimp with cashew = great!
9. Wonton soup = don't even
10. Hot & sour soup = good
11. Shrimp & scallop in pepper sauce = very few scallops, and it would be sooooooo much better with sautéed shrimp. The breaded and fried shrimp in the dish are just mushy and gross.

Lastly...could we get an option to NOT put a bazillion packets of sauce in the bag?!?!“

“food is always great! haven't got anything negative to say.. all of em were great! my kids love their food as well! the chef was nice enough to come over my table and check how the food was.. honestly 1 of the best chinese restaurant I've been to. keep it up guys! specially the quality of your foods!👍“

“Please update your menu prices on your web site. If you offer a item on the menu. You should have it. Otherwise remove it from the menu. If a customer spends a certain amount. A free soda should be offered, or something free. My suggestion, love the food.“

“The OG of Chinese hole in the wall restaurants. Not a place where you’ll find orange-sauced chicken nuggets but an obvious neighborhood favorite judging from the continual to-go traffic. We enjoyed generous portions of chicken fried rice and shrimp fried rice. One star withheld for greasy egg rolls. The egg drop soup lacked flavor (to me) but the egg was very tender. The atmosphere was lacking but the prices make up for it; $16 each for our meals plus counter tip.“

“This family owned business is amazing! We always order our take out Chinese from Good Taste! They have also Catered a family event for us and everything was delicious and all our guests asked where we ordered from. They are neighborhood friendly, they remember your number and name! Highly recommend!!!“

“I ordered online for pickup, the man at the counter was friendly, and I picked up my order with ease. The food was still hot when I got home, and it was delicious! I got sweet & sour chicken, and it was probably the best I've ever had. My partner said that the crab rangoons were ran-good! ?“

“I love this place. The food is so good. I miss some of the food they no longer serve like the hamburger roll thing. I like their pink and orange square cakes. I usually get takeout. They are friendly. I like their rice, teriyaki chicken, beef, and egg rolls. It could be cleaner. My dad and I think we got covid twice from this place but who knows really. Make sure to wash your hands just in case. If you are watching your sodium, this place is not for you. I enjoy the Mandarin music.“
