“Hosted a Milestone birthday on 9/13/25 with 50 people and it was AMAZING! From the initial planning all the way to the night of the party, Bobby, Scotty and the entire staff were impeccable! Everyone who attended is STILL talking about how great it was. I HIGHLY recommend for a Private gathering. We love Stumptown Station!“

“Love this place. Great atmosphere, menu, drinks and most of all great staff. I stopped in last week to pick up gift cards for the holiday and they were having an issue with the system. The manger explained the situation and offered alternatives. I chose to come back this week to purchase the cards and the manager remembered me and thanked me for returning as did the bartender. If you’ve never been, give it a try. I can almost guarantee you’ll return too.“

“I went to the restaurant for the first time and the waiter who served me very well was Gustavo, he is very friendly and attentive. I felt like it was the first time eating Brazilian food. He gave me great recommendations. I really liked his service and whenever I go back I want to be served by him. Thank you very much. It is because of employees like him that the company moves forward.“

“I had the pleasure of eating here for the first time last night with my brother and his girlfriend. We had the best experience! Our server Laney was wonderful- super friendly and attentive. The GM was extremely personable and was taking to the time to check on each table multiple times and connect with them personally. The food and drinks were great- I had an espresso martini and the steak and arugula flat bread. For dessert, the fluffer nutter martini and all were delicious! Cannot recommend this place enough and can’t wait to go back :)“

“Amber so friendly and efficient ! My bf had been before but was my first time ! Fried mushrooms and cold cold beer to start .. then I got the Patty melt and fries ( had to bring half home ) He got the Meatball sub and onion rings but nothing left to bring home ! “We always enjoy New South and have been regulars for many years. Tonight we had meatloaf with tomato jam and mashed potatoes, beef short rib and succotash and a delish peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream. The menu is an elevated farm to table experience and every item on it is so good and beautifully planted. The salads are all excellent but my favorite is the simple mixed greens with citrus dressing topped with grilled chicken. It's yummy. “

“We saw a review of them on TikTok and decided to give them a try. The review was positive but does not do them justice! Got the Pickle Ickle Ickle, The Maddie Rita, the Jordan's Jamboree, and the Butter Pecan Cinnamon Sticks, all were fantastic! We will definitely be ordering from them again.“

“We had a surprise birthday party for a family member today!! What a great time. We had use of the Queens room, The food was great as usual but I need to bragg especially in our server Jeanette. She was amazing she handled us all with efficiency and grace!! I know we drove her crazy but she was amazing!!!! Thank you John’s place for a wonderful time and again kudos to Jeanette !!!“

“I had my birthday party here two years ago and it was fantastic. My friends and I were blown away with the food, it was incredible. I recently went for my birthday and it was even better than I remember, and the desserts resembled something from a Michelin star restaurant.
It’s interesting to see the negative comments here as I challenge someone to tell me a better restaurant in this area from a food perspective.“

“So happy to have the Napa Bistro and Wine bar in Ballantyne! It’s a hidden gem that deserves to be waitlist only. The staff recommended and we completely agree the Sancerre white wine, Herb Whipped Goat Cheese appetizer, and Shrimp Capellini entree are outstanding! It was all perfectly seasoned and worthy of a repeat visit! Staff was kind, attentive, and helpful. A relaxed vibe in comfortable and intimate corner booth for two. We loved it!“

Bill Applegate is always helpful with our needs concerning an allergy issue we have and Bill always aims to please.
