“I recently visited Mission Barbeque and had an amazing dining experience. When I approached the counter, I told Kayla to surprise me with her choice of meal, and she truly delivered! She picked out a combination platter that featured succulent pulled pork, tender brisket, and juicy chicken, along with perfectly seasoned sides of mac and cheese and green beans. The flavors were outstanding, and each bite was a delight. The service was friendly and attentive, making the meal even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Mission Barbeque and suggest letting Kayla surprise you with her fantastic meal selections!“

“Great BBQ! The brisket was moist, great flavor , bark was great, smoke ring, all that. Felt like I was back in Texas! The pulled pork was great Eastern NC pulled pork. Buffalo Chips and hush puppies are nice side options. 5 stars! Will be back.“

“Best buffet I’ve ever been to and best bbq in NC- hands down. The owners and the staff are all awesome! Casey’s has won best buffet pretty much every year since I moved to Wilmington and it is well deserved. If you like good ole southern cooking like grandma used to make- do yourself a favor and check this place out!“

“Let me just start with the fact these guys are awesome. Got a call on Monday my scheduled food truck canceled. Booked them last min for a wedding on black Friday. “Love this place!! Their barbecue sandwiches are the BOMB . . . my only recommendation is please make sure the bread doesn’t fall apart!! Maybe drain the barbecue and the coleslaw a little more before putting it on. Today’s sandwich was good . . . but they have been a bit soggy in the past. Keep up the good work!!“

“Finally made our way to try this place! It's so convenient right next to the point movie theater. After passing it many many times, we went in. My husband and I shared the 3 meat platter plus 2 sides. We sampled 3 other sides they offered (anyone can do this!). My favorite side was the homemade potato salad. The manager said everything in there is made from scratch. The Texas toast.... It's just bread, right?! But how is it so good?
Finally, definitely get the banana pudding. It is so worth it! Some places I go clearly use instant and you can tell. I was pleasantly surprised. Great meal!!“

“Awesome BBQ, Fried chicken, shrimp, fish, sides, salads you name it. Friendly staff and prompt service. I've been going here for years and have to say I love the fried chicken the best. BBQ is fresh and has a couple great sauce options. if you're in the area check them out. come hungry and stay awhile. it's a great place with some home cooked favorites.“

“Reasons why I will now be a regular at this place:

1. Affordability. We bought 2 of the family meal deals and were so happy with how much they gave us. Thank you for remaining affordable and not shrinking portions in these tough economic times!

2. Quality. Hands down the TASTIEST bbq and sides I have had in wilmington. Those fancy new places don’t come close, and its way better than Smithfield’s. Green beans are probably the best I’ve ever had.

3. Service. Everything was well packaged and well prepared, they cut no corners.“

“If I could give 10 stars I would. I came all the way from Allentown PA just to try this food and it DELIVERED. Mr Webo the owner, was on the road w his food truck (webos food truck) and one of his relatives was around when we were looking to see if we could get into the restaurant. She kindly called him up, told him we were on the hunt, and he said he’d wait for us along with his staff over in Burgaw NC. WOW I’ve never experienced such love and kindness in service at all. We got over there, met with the utmost kindness and warmth, we ordered our food and LET ME SAY this PA girl was impressed. The homemade juice was amazing. My friend with me usually hates strawberry and she had that, it was amazing. She loved it. I had the pineapple and it was truly refreshing. Now the food: What I had: Fried chicken wings. - cooked to perfection and seasoned extrem well. Hot and crunchy, juicy, crispy literally everything you want in a chicken when u ask for fried chicken. Mac n cheese: yummy, gooey, perfectly seasoned, and delicious. Had it for breakfast this morning leftovers. So good. Has a chicken taste to it I wondered if the pasta was boiled with the chicken broth they had. If so, that’s genius. Chicken and rice: seasoned, hot, excellent. No skimping on the chicken in there either. It was amazing. The broth they cooked it with was so flavorful it pulled everything together and married the whole dish. I’ve never had southern food before unless is was made up north where I’m from. And that was disappointing. BUT WEBO RESTORED my love for soul food. You can just tell this meal was made with LOVE. cooking with love. I grew up in an Arabic home. You can TELL when something is prepped that way, and cooked that way. I’m honored to have the opportunity to try it and I will be singing webos praises all the way up north.“

“I love to dine at Texas Roadhouse, it's great almost always. Lately though we've been getting it to go because I'm disabled and I hate to get in people's way; hopefully I'll be fixed soon but what I've found really aggravating is getting all the way home to find the order isn't all there. Granted we should have checked it before we left but we shouldn't have to and as is normal, you all were packed and we didn't want to keep anyone waiting. It is disappointing though especially when I'm paying the same price as if I were sitting down enjoying myself, tip too. Maybe the people doing to go orders could just check behind themselves, it sure would be nice when you have a to go order and you live 30 miles away. We're all human and we all make mistakes as well, so I know we'll be back!!“

“Great place for a late dinner. The waitress (from Ashe) was absolutely fabulous. The food was fresh and prepared with love. The atmosphere was great. We try to not go into a restaurant an hour before closing because we know the staff is tired and ready to leave. Then, sometimes the food isn't as good as it would be when the restaurant first opens, but K38 Baja off of Military Cutoff was marvelous. Thank you for great customer service.“
