McDonald's in Wilmington

“They keep forgetting to give me a straw at the drive thru but they are always nice when I ask for one.

Vegetarian options: No vegetarian meals. Coffee and fries and drinks though.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Happy meals, I've cream (when the machine is working?) and high chairs.

Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible parking, ordering, seating and restrooms.“

“The McDonald’s at Murrayville in Wilmington, NC, is one of the best locations in the area. The staff here is always polite and friendly, which makes for a pleasant visit. The restaurant is consistently clean and well-kept, showing great attention to detail.

Service is quick and efficient, whether you’re dining in, going through the drive-thru, or ordering ahead. The food is exactly what you’d expect from McDonald’s—reliable and consistent.

“I stop here every morning usually getting the same thing two breakfast burritos and a lemonade. I jumped on here to post about the ladies in the Drive-Thru this morning and just seeing the post that was posted before this, it's a Sunday give these ladies a break. Such a great personality definitely a nice way to start the day. Keep up the good work ladies.“

“I love this McDonalds because it’s the one that reminds me of the one closest to my home. It’s also the best in Wilmington. They never get my order wrong and supply me with more than enough condiments. There’s also a middle aged lady who remembers my name and always on the move to help customers and staff it seems. I don’t know her name, but I believe she’s a manager. Her and others also seem to treat regulars nicely by starting up conversation. Most have a smile on their face. It’s honestly not typical of other McDonald’s locations in Wilmington, which is why this is the best! :)“

“I love this McDonald's and the workers are so treated ill mannered because of the rules they follow. When customers feel they should get what they want, they forget about the rules of engagement for all intentions. BOTTOM LINE if fastfood workers boycott at anytime, THEN YOU WILL KNOW THE TRUTH! “The staff is very friendly and helpful and the store is always nice and clean including the restrooms ?? also if you prefer cooked to order food they are happy to accommodate if you have the time to wait... They are timed in the drive thru to serve those in a hurry so if you have time to enjoy at a slower pace take a step inside and enjoy their newly renovated lobby with comfy cozy seats & plenty of electrical outlets for your devices with free refills... New staff members are great! Everywhere is having a hard time finding good workers these days! ?“

“I don't know whats going on at this McDonalds but I went through the drive through and the person taking orders at the drive thru was extremely happy and I noticed the rest of the staff was as well. (Her level of service and the way she talks to customers is on par with a 5 star hotel very impressed.)

My food (iced coffee and 2 mcchickens) were noticably better tasting than any other McDonald's I went to.

I left actually feeling better which is rare for fast food. A lot of positivity going on here

Whoever is managing and their team or whatever it is deserves a massive raise and to be appreciated.“

“The McDonald’s at Porter’s Neck in Wilmington, NC, is easily one of my favorite locations in the area. The staff here is consistently friendly, creating a welcoming experience every time. The restaurant is always clean and well-maintained, which makes dining in a pleasure.

Service is impressively quick, whether you’re grabbing breakfast, lunch, or dinner. As for the food, it’s exactly what you’d expect from McDonald’s—classic and consistent.

“I’ve been going to this same McDonald’s for over 15yrs, the customer service is always great especially the management. I love Mrs. Sherka,, Berry, Derrick, Ty G, Bella and Ms. Barbra they are awesome managers and employees. But most of all they always stride to make sure every customer has a great experience and provide an A+ service everytime not once have I been disappointed.“

“This is my favorite McD’s in Wilmington. Every time I come here I get quick service (even when there’s a line at the drive thru - they are super fast) and the employees are always so kind. After going today I thought back and I’ve never had a bad experience, in fact I have had a handful of times where I’ve left there and actually called my husband to tell him how nice they were to me because that is unfortunately rare nowadays. You guys keep up the great work!!!“
