Had high hopes for this Popeyes but it let me down. The service was not so good and they were out of all their chicken except thighs at 12:00 lunch time. I got the chicken sandwich instead and the chicken felt like I was eating a fake sandwich. And the mashed potatoes and gravy continued to let me down. I rate it 2/10 and I'm being generous. I will not be returning.
I placed a semi-large order around 4PM. Although I was given all the chicken on the display, had to wait close to 20 minutes for my order to be completed. The rice and beans had no flavor, the fries were soggy and cold, and the chicken appeared to have been sitting on the display for a long time. I love Popeyes, but I will definitely not be coming back to this one.
