“We had an amazing experience as first timers at Mezzaluna! They were so prompt and friendly! They had the most amazing palate cleanser I’ve ever had! We were celebrating our anniversary and many people wished us a happy anniversary and we received a free dessert as their gift. My husband and I felt so relaxed as we never had to ask for a refill or anything! They were very attentive! Thank you for an amazing meal!! We had the burrata appetizer, tri-tip steak, steak Diane, the soup special that was a curry soup, flourless chocolate cake, and the lemon lavender crème brûlée.“

“We were greeted with kindness and the staff were pleasant and very helpful. Brenda was willing to let us make some changes to help make our daughter's special day beautiful. Brenda and the others stayed late so we could decorate came early as well. They were willing to answer questions we had and to help any way they could. “I go here often for lunch due to the fact it is just as expensive as a fast food place these days, and I just happen to be working near this location lately. The bartender that usually works is very friendly and great at her job, and the food comes out quick. I really like the house salad for my side, it's always fresh and you get a lot for a side. The food otherwise can be hit and miss, i recommend you steer away from the all you can eat options, as they are pretty small portions (i felt like i was asking for refills every 2 minutes), and not very tasty. Burgers are pretty good, and the club was good. Again, it sure beats fast food.“

I went in and told them my name and that I ordered online they gave me my drink and then they let my food sit on the shelf getting cold for 20 minutes and didn’t feel the need to tell me my order is ready or call out a number or anything. It’s never good eating cold food and no one apologized or anything just brushed off that they sat and stared at me for 20 mins knowing my food was done“

“Hands down, two of the best soups I've ever tasted! Lasagna soup? Who knew! Then I went for the Shepard Stew soup! Mind boggling delicious. Sheri was a fabulous waitress. Kind, courteous, and unbelievably patient with my indecisive self. The menu is nothing I'd ever expected in a truck stop! If you're tired of the fast food BS in most truck stops, this is a must see to believe. I'll definitely be coming back.“

Sometimes when feeling like complaining put yourself in that servers place or think if that was your daughter or son how you would like them treated .. as far as complaints about a specific blond server .. she is one of the most efficient there . There are people who just like to complain maybe hoping for a free meal .“

If you sit down and order the same thing it will be much larger at the same cost. Delicious food, just upset I got half of what I usually pay for. Stood inside for 16 minutes before asking hostess how much longer the wait would be. She said, "When a table is ready." Asked how long she thought it would be. She said, "Ummm as soon as one is ready." Debated staying, ultimately told her we were going to Longhorn. Her response was, "Ok. Bye." Ironically, we had enough time while standing there to read their LEAD acronym guide that was posted behind the desk. The first two, listen an empathize, must have slipped the hostess's mind as she didn't indicate that she cared about our wait or that we were leaving to eat at the competitor. The lady who was seating people made the comment that a bunch of the servers went on break at the same time. It seems that scheduling is another area that needs improvement at this establishment.“
