Over the years the shop has had a few different owners, but Patricia has truly made it her own. She brings such warmth, care, and creativity to the table—it feels like more than just a coffee stop, it’s a piece of our community. I’ll admit, I don’t get in as often as I should, but every time I do I’m reminded why I love it here. The atmosphere is cozy, the drinks are always spot on, and it’s wonderful knowing you’re supporting a local, woman-owned business with so much heart behind it. If you’re in the area, I highly suggest stopping by and enjoying everything Patricia and Cappuccino on Collins have to offer.“

“There was a server error in our order so we didn't get our pizza for an hour by then we had to leave for our event HOWEVER, we took it to go and put it in the air fryer to warm it today just to say we at least tried the pizza and IT IS SO GOOD! We had the shrooms and tenderloin. CHEF'S KISS to the recipe and cook. Thumbs down to the server not paying attention. I bet the pizza would be even better straight from the oven and not as a left over *mad face eyerolll*. I'll overlook that human error and BE BACK! 😁“

“Fast and friendly staff every time!2/16/2021I stopped in again last night and my favorite barista Michael was working. He's my absolute favorite! Don't get me wrong the coffee is great but the service is even better. From the very first time that I stopped in to order coffee, he helped me decide exactly which Caribou blend I would enjoy the most. He is so pleasant and always has a smile on his face. I wanted to make sure that I gave him personal recognition because he is the reason that I prefer that location. Keep up the good work Michael!
