“Went for lunch with my husband and two kids and had the best service I’ve ever received in a restaurant. Curtis was so kind and generous and even had our timid 18 month old girl smiling and talking to him. Curtis brought my family each a complimentary warm chocolate chip cookie to finish off our meal, not knowing we were out celebrating my birthday. THANK YOU, for a wonderful experience. “My girlfriend is vegetarian and when I asked if they had vegetarian runzas the girl manager said that all vegetarians are are going to hell and I was too fat to be eating at runza anyway. I would not go back.

“Edit June 9: this location went above and beyond sending out multiple coupons for free meals as well as adding a $10 reward to my Fazolis account!! I hage never had a company go this far to make up for a mistake. well done. my husband picked up a family meal today. the pizza was missing and the breadstivks were literally so smashed they were flat. I called to see if they would replace the breadsticks and pizza I was told the policy is a future coupon. save your money and go somewhere else!!!“

“My husband and I stopped by for a quick meal and had a wonderful experience. I had an orginal Runza and he had Swiss cheese Runza, both were delicious. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean and well lit. There was handicapped accessibility both inside and out. Again we had a wonderful experience.“

“Our family just went through the drive-thru and got our usuals. As always, the service was awesome, however, my cookie dough blizzard tasted different. Definitely a change in the cookie dough from before. Not only was it tasteless, but no chocolate chips. Did something change?“

“The manager thought my wait was too long so she gave me my meal at no charge. Ironically the week before my order was incorrect but I didn't call to let them know. I didn't feel like my wait was too long but the fact that manager gave me a free meal was very kind and impressive.“

“This location has the best employees. Shout out to Robyn and EVERYONE there. You can tell it’s like family. We were there 9-5-2025 at 12:30pm, if corporate is reading this…. You should give this crew a pay raise. Customer service, cleanliness, food quality, good attitudes - - all things amazing. Thank you lunch crew. As always, we will be back. ❤️“

“Lays a great dinner or lunch that is hot and ready in no time at all! Lo e their mascot as well being a dog lover! There is some room for improvement with some of the employees I have encountered since there opening of thr Belevue location but other than thay everything is on the higher end in evaluatiins!“
