“Most of the menu looks great. The chicken was top notch. The southern catfish was okay. The shrimp was great (but it was popcorn, which was a pleasant surprise). Stuffed mushrooms, great. Chicken fried steak was awesome.

The portions are massive. The French fries are some of the best I've had.

Hole in the wall places have the best food, and this place proved that.“

I stopped by this amazing Mexican food truck and was blown away by the steak quesadillas! They were cooked to perfection, with tender and juicy steak inside a crispy tortilla. But what really took it to the next level was the green salsa - WOW! It added a fresh, tangy, and slightly spicy kick that complemented the steak perfectly.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but one bite and I was hooked! The combination of the savory steak and the zesty green salsa was absolute magic. I couldn't get enough! The flavors were so well balanced and rich, it was like a party in my mouth.

The owners clearly know what they're doing, and their passion for Mexican cuisine shines through in every bite. The quality of the ingredients, the care in preparation, and the love in every bite are all top-notch.

If you're a quesadilla lover like me, or just looking for an amazing meal, do yourself a favor and get to this food truck ASAP! Order the steak quesadillas with green salsa, and thank me later. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give it ten if I could!

I expected some catfish strips, but they had full bone in catfish, the way it was meant to be served! “AFS/Shucks is a longtime family favorite, both for dining at the restaurant or stopping by Absolutely fresh seafood. I went to pick up shrimp and oysters to enjoy at home. Fast, friendly service. When I asked about the take and bake pizzas I learned I was getting helped by Chef Andy himself! He packed up my order with a bag of ice to keep everything fresh on my drive. I look forward to stopping by again and trying one of the seafood pizzas.“

“Have frequented Pizza King many times over the years and have usually had good service. Saw our server we normally have had lately and she said we were sitting in her section and she would be right back. Had a different server named Will for some reason. Right after he took our order Shelby came over and was upset. I told her it was ok. He was ok but not our Shelby. Food was very good as usual“

To say the food was excellent is an understatement. The flavors were impeccable and everything went together perfectly. “We just had a gathering of 15 people and the waitress did not know how to separate the orders into the system. Lack of training comes to mind. Having a new person handling that large of a group without being able to split into multiple orders created a lot of fun trying to check out. A year ago we didn’t have any problems. Things change. Fortunately the food still pleases most of the group. I ordered gluten free pizza with extra sauce, didn’t see extra sauce and would prefer a cauliflower crust to what I got (I sure hope it was gluten free). My husband ordered angel hair and got spaghetti. The more experienced staff was getting a sunday off which is good. They seem to be busier than they used to be.“

“I’ve been a patron of Jade Garden for over 25 years. I generally use the takeout for the family. The service is fast and friendly. The food is quite tasty and has always been consistent. Lee runs a good business for all these years. Would recommend eating in or take out. The soups are excellent too.“

“We had our rehearsal dinner at Jams Old Market in downtown Omaha. We were able to rent the Loft 204 upstairs for our event. My husband and I loved the venue from the very beginning! The exposed brick walls, the privacy for our event, and the ability to see where we got engaged were all big aspects we were looking for! The bartender was amazing. The food was even better! It truly felt like a dream come true from the moment we walked through the door. Jams was accommodating for our littles and provide our family with a delicious meal the night before our wedding day. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking for a private and intimate venue and wants their loved ones to feel like royalty!“

My husband and I got the Crab fondue appetizers, the 16 ounce (!) Ribeye, a side of mashed potatoes, a side of Brussel sprouts and a slice of carrot cake for dessert....for under $100! Everything was delicious! I will be dreaming of that steak! It was cooked perfectly and the crust on the outside? Chef's kiss! The side dish portions are huge!

“Dinner was superb! Waiter, Jeff engaged in conversation and made helpful suggestions on food order. I got the pork chop with fried apples which was delicious, my spouse got the ribeye steak, cooked medium rare, was cooked just right and very juicy and our friend got the filet with mashed potatoes and broccoli. She commented that the steak was very tender and the broccoli just right. We shared a side order of roasted Brussels sprouts which were drizzled in honey and so good. You can't go wrong eating here.“

The sauce was supposed to be in the side and they put it on the shrimp so the batter was soggy. I specifically asked for fried and sauce on the side. “A great place to eat with friends, family or a special someone. Great ambiance and our server Crystal was always checking in on us. My only two complaints was we were in weird spot. So we had to flag down some of the gauchos. Parking was my other complaint. It's not their fault we just picked one the busiest Saturday in downtown Omaha and parking was a nightmare. Next time we're leaving earlier and hope it's not game night.Other than that it was an overall great experience. I'd definitely come back here again“
