“The customer service at this location was beyond exceptional. If I could give twenty stars plus I would. My sister-in-law's car was stalled on a hundred degree temperature day, It was near this location, and the team went above and beyond with customer service and offered her a tremendous amount of support. The entire team went above and beyond and
treated us with such dignity and respect. Even though this is located further away from where I personally live. I will take the time to ensure that this is the location I visit anytime in the future. Thank you so much, and the ice cream was delicious!“

“A couple weeks ago we brought are kids in, it was me and my mom with my five kids and three nephews. We for sure thought it would be a circus. But the staff were so nice and helpful. They let each kid order, gave them their own coloring sheet and it just felt as if they went above and beyond for us. Every time we’ve ever gone for dinner it’s always a great experience but this time was just above all the rest!! Also the chicken bacon ranch taco was absolutely delicious!! They also were super helpful with my mom who is gluten free making sure she was able to enjoy lunch with the rest of us!! Shoot out to employee Tim who is always so friendly and just down to earth!“

“I gotta share about the best service we got at Freddy's tonight on 3465 N. 168th Ct. We stopped in there to eat dinner and was greeted by a kid name Chard, he had a the biggest smile on his face, so polite, and honestly seemed happy he work's there. He never stopped working while we were there eating, he was cleaning tables sweeping, and greeted everyone that came in with a smile and was just happy to see us. The place was spotless, who ever was cooking did a great job, and the kitchen was spotless. I highly recommend this place not just for the food, but the customer service was excellent. Looking for a place for a quick meal go check them out. My cheeseburger and onion rings were delicious, fresh and hot. Thanks to the staff at Freddy's especially Chard!! We definitely will be back 😊“

“We were visiting Omaha for the Berkshire Hathaway meeting and many restaurants were fully booked Friday night. Sand Point had availability and we are so happy it did. The staff were helpful and we decided on raw oysters to start. They were absolutely delicious so we ordered more. I had the tuna and it was perfectly seared, incredibly tender and perfectly accompanied with asparagus and vegetable purée and a hint of citrus. We also ordered champagne. They were out of the brand we ordered. The owner came to the table with a great alternative which we happily accepted. She stayed and chatted for a few minutes and we learned that she wants to add an oyster bar to the restaurant which would be a great addition. Our server was very attentive and we ended the meal with a chocolate tart that was decadent. We highly recommend this restaurant. I hope we can come back soon.“

The manager Diane S was very respectful and kind to her staff and also came to make sure us as customers were satisfied. I will definitely come back to visit. Also was given a special little gift ( a hoodie) for the visit.“

“We had one of the best Runza experiences ever here. The place was spotless, the young ladies FOH were exceptionally efficient and delivered great customer service. The food, as always, was 100x better than any other fast food place. This was on May 30th, 2025. It's rare to get employees that have this much integrity.“

You can tell this store manager has hired a staff that truly cares about their customers and their service. The waits aren't too bad here, even at their busiest times. “Bronco's is an Omaha institution. The Bronco burger and Laredo fries are choice and the cheese they use is magical, I swear the founders made with the devil to be the only place in the world to have it. If you are passing through the Big O, you have to stop here.“
