“The customer service at this location was beyond exceptional. If I could give twenty stars plus I would. My sister-in-law's car was stalled on a hundred degree temperature day, It was near this location, and the team went above and beyond with customer service and offered her a tremendous amount of support. The entire team went above and beyond and
treated us with such dignity and respect. Even though this is located further away from where I personally live. I will take the time to ensure that this is the location I visit anytime in the future. Thank you so much, and the ice cream was delicious!“

“Love the staff, friendly small-town bar atmosphere, and the food has always been great in my experience. I think they’ve done a great job at making their menu interesting enough to stand out amidst a competitive sports bar scene - and their rotational food and drink options always keep things fresh. I recommend the boneless wings - the breading is fantastic and the Monday special at just 75 cents per wing is hard to beat post-Covid. Also, the brew and jalapeño bacon chip special is weirdly creative in the best possible way and I find myself craving those delectable little morsels of salty goodness enough that my cardiologist should be worried. :)“

“A couple weeks ago we brought are kids in, it was me and my mom with my five kids and three nephews. We for sure thought it would be a circus. But the staff were so nice and helpful. They let each kid order, gave them their own coloring sheet and it just felt as if they went above and beyond for us. Every time we’ve ever gone for dinner it’s always a great experience but this time was just above all the rest!! Also the chicken bacon ranch taco was absolutely delicious!! They also were super helpful with my mom who is gluten free making sure she was able to enjoy lunch with the rest of us!! Shoot out to employee Tim who is always so friendly and just down to earth!“

“We live close to Omaha tap house pepperwood and love love love their food and their service is top notch!!! As with any restaurant sometimes you’ll get something that isn’t quite right and they always seem to take care of their customers 5/5 stars! “We were visiting Omaha for the Berkshire Hathaway meeting and many restaurants were fully booked Friday night. Sand Point had availability and we are so happy it did. The staff were helpful and we decided on raw oysters to start. They were absolutely delicious so we ordered more. I had the tuna and it was perfectly seared, incredibly tender and perfectly accompanied with asparagus and vegetable purée and a hint of citrus. We also ordered champagne. They were out of the brand we ordered. The owner came to the table with a great alternative which we happily accepted. She stayed and chatted for a few minutes and we learned that she wants to add an oyster bar to the restaurant which would be a great addition. Our server was very attentive and we ended the meal with a chocolate tart that was decadent. We highly recommend this restaurant. I hope we can come back soon.“

“I gotta share about the best service we got at Freddy's tonight on 3465 N. 168th Ct. We stopped in there to eat dinner and was greeted by a kid name Chard, he had a the biggest smile on his face, so polite, and honestly seemed happy he work's there. He never stopped working while we were there eating, he was cleaning tables sweeping, and greeted everyone that came in with a smile and was just happy to see us. The place was spotless, who ever was cooking did a great job, and the kitchen was spotless. I highly recommend this place not just for the food, but the customer service was excellent. Looking for a place for a quick meal go check them out. My cheeseburger and onion rings were delicious, fresh and hot. Thanks to the staff at Freddy's especially Chard!! “Heard about Burger Detour and immediately had to try. Visited the S 203rd Street was greeted right when we walked in the restaurant. The staff was so kind and friendly and very helpful. The manager Diane S was very respectful and kind to her staff and also came to make sure us as customers were satisfied. I will definitely come back to visit. Also was given a special little gift ( a hoodie) for the visit.“

“We had one of the best Runza experiences ever here. The place was spotless, the young ladies FOH were exceptionally efficient and delivered great customer service. The food, as always, was 100x better than any other fast food place. This was on May 30th, 2025. It's rare to get employees that have this much integrity.“

I didn’t know what to expect the first time I tried it, but now I’m hooked. Their signature Runza sandwich is something special—warm, soft bread stuffed with seasoned beef, cabbage, and onions. “I have gone to this BK for a while now and I am always impressed with their presentation and attention. You can tell this store manager has hired a staff that truly cares about their customers and their service. The waits aren't too bad here, even at their busiest times. The lobby is clean and makes you feel good to sit in a fast food restaurant. If I could give an 11/10 I would!“

“Bronco's is an Omaha institution. The Bronco burger and Laredo fries are choice and the cheese they use is magical, I swear the founders made with the devil to be the only place in the world to have it. If you are passing through the Big O, you have to stop here.“

“We came through the drive through about 9:30 pm on Saturday 6/15/24. We ordered a Texas whopper and an original chicken sandwich. They were both FIRE! “I love the butter burgers and custard! Absolutely delicious every time. The changing flavor of the day is fun. Be prepared for a good wait tho, not the fastest of fast food, and to be asked to pull up to the side in the drive thru, which seems to defeat the purpose of a drive thru but to each their own. I do wish the cheese curds were more like Freddy’s. Overall good food.“

“Runza realy needs to salt their onion rings and fries. Its not the same, after they cool off, adding salt. Everyone does this with fries. Make America salty again! I am not eating deep fried foods for my health; nobody is. Salty rings matter.“

“I visited runs on a day when they were running a special promotion and they were very busy. I went through the drive-thru and I was amazed at how quickly the line was working. Their food was fresh as usual. It appears to almost be made to order which is unusual for a fast food restaurant. The staff was great and the place was very clean“

“I believe her name was Mckenzie, I don't know how burger king does it when it comes to choosing people but she is definitely a team player, that young lady helped me with my complicated meal (I had a #9 with everything on it) I know when I go in there to eat in the mornings, she makes sure that everything is super fresh and ready no matter the time, if I can; she needs to be on a employee of the month board, she killed it!!! 100/10.
