“The customer service at this location was beyond exceptional. If I could give twenty stars plus I would. My sister-in-law's car was stalled on a hundred degree temperature day, It was near this location, and the team went above and beyond with customer service and offered her a tremendous amount of support. The entire team went above and beyond and
treated us with such dignity and respect. Even though this is located further away from where I personally live. I will take the time to ensure that this is the location I visit anytime in the future. Thank you so much, and the ice cream was delicious!“

“This subway has some of the hardest workers I’ve ever met. When I went here to get lunch with a friend the service was great! I ordered a sandwich and it was made in a short amount of time. There was a manager and a teenager but they both worked efficiently! The place was clean and well attended to. The customers were happy with the service. This shops seems like a great place for a teen to get their first job! Please stop being Karen’s and be patient with these workers!!! They are doing the best that they can! Overall this is a great subway location!“

“Went today for the first time with my two kids. They were super busy but the woman taking drive thru orders and counter order went above and beyond with customer service and so helpful getting us what we wanted! She took time to describe each item and even went over the vegan options. Then the food WOW!! Naan is superb, kofta was amazing!!! Will definitely come back even though it’s a far drive… thank you for a great experience“

“Heard about Burger Detour and immediately had to try. Visited the S 203rd Street was greeted right when we walked in the restaurant. The staff was so kind and friendly and very helpful. The manager Diane S was very respectful and kind to her staff and also came to make sure us as customers were satisfied. I will definitely come back to visit. Also was given a special little gift ( a hoodie) for the visit.“

“Bronco's is an Omaha institution. The Bronco burger and Laredo fries are choice and the cheese they use is magical, I swear the founders made with the devil to be the only place in the world to have it. If you are passing through the Big O, you have to stop here.“

I would compare it to like a sandwich version of a white castle or Krystal burger. I liked it and the staff and speed were great. Will have it again for a quick bite..“

“I am gluten intolerant so I ordered a burger without bun. I usually don't make any other alterations because its likely my order will be wrong. This time I'm craving something specific so i ordered w/o bun, extra ketchup, extra onions light mustard, and no pickles. I usually don't receive a fork either. But not only did I receive a fork AND knife but my order was 100% correct! I don't think thats happened anywhere else, EVER! Plus, worker was super patient, friendly, and thoughtful to say the least. Best service I've received in while, if not ever. The food was delicious too.“

“I decided to stop in & get a couple of subs today for my sister & I for lunch one hot & one cold & must tell you that we are beyond satisfied 😋 This was a complete 180 from the time I ordered online last year & was very disappointed with what I received a small portion of tuna salad and not having all the ingredients either. I called to speak to a manager but she had left for the day already & explained what happened I called multiple times & after a week later I finally got ahold of her & she gave me attitude & was very rude & asked me if I had my receipt & if I ate the sandwich 😳 She wasn’t wanting to give me a refund but told her that her other manager already told me that they would & finally said she would put the credit back on my card which I received the next day. Big shout out to Kenny & his crew 🗣💯 The subs were delicious & filling. I am very impressed with the customer service & friendliness of the staff. Thank you & keep up the amazing work 🤩“

“Runza realy needs to salt their onion rings and fries. Its not the same, after they cool off, adding salt. Everyone does this with fries. Make America salty again! I am not eating deep fried foods for my health; nobody is. Salty rings matter.“

“I visited runs on a day when they were running a special promotion and they were very busy. I went through the drive-thru and I was amazed at how quickly the line was working. Their food was fresh as usual. It appears to almost be made to order which is unusual for a fast food restaurant. The staff was great and the place was very clean“

“Edit: After I went back a couple of times after I posted this review eventually I stopped encountering the latter problem at this location.

Whether it was because of this review or coincidence it is still enough to re-rank my review. thank you guys!

• (Problem: I don’t have this problem with any other Raising Canes locations it is just this one.

Their lemonades do not have enough sugar in them. Every time I ask for a sweet Arnold Palmer the lemonade part of it does not taste the same compared to other locations.

I also know that they’re not adding enough sugar because one of my friends works at this location. When I told them about it they said that some of their coworkers are too dumb to just add a certain amount of sugar into the water like they’re supposed to.

Also they seem to forget to add the extra cane’s sauce I ask for. I know there is an extra charge for them. I’m willing to pay that extra charge. When the person rings back my order they say extra canes sauce when they’re reading the order back to me. Just when I go to actually receive the food it’s not in there. Missing it once or twice is understandable. Mistakes happen. This happens however every time I go to this location.

I hope this review will make it to someone’s eyes that way they can tell their employees what to do to improve. I like eating at Raising Canes I enjoy it.

I do not want to be receiving my food, going into the parking lot, checking my food just to make sure I receive everything. That’s got to be one of the worst experiences if I have to do that. That is all. Thank you.)“

“I gotta share about the best service we got at Freddy's tonight on 3465 N. 168th Ct. We stopped in there to eat dinner and was greeted by a kid name Chard, he had a the biggest smile on his face, so polite, and honestly seemed happy he work's there. He never stopped working while we were there eating, he was cleaning tables sweeping, and greeted everyone that came in with a smile and was just happy to see us. The place was spotless, who ever was cooking did a great job, and the kitchen was spotless. I highly recommend this place not just for the food, but the customer service was excellent. Looking for a place for a quick meal go check them out. My cheeseburger and onion rings were delicious, fresh and hot. Thanks to the staff at Freddy's especially Chard!! “I think at this point, I have to share my experience. We've been coming to the local NW Omaha/Elkhorn DQs for about 4 months now (various locations, and I know they all might have different ownership).

When I order a royal ultimate Choco brownie extreme. I sure do expect a cup of ice cream to look chocolatey, and hopefully be chocolatey all the way throughout. Mini moon to go when I was a young inn and worked at the dairy queen Lincoln, the original recipe started with chocolate ice cream. Again, I know some franchises no longer offer chocolate soft serve, so in that case, you could just blend it with the cold fudge and make it chocolatey throughout.

I would be really curious to know. What is the current serving sizes for additions / toppings that are supposed to go in this blizzard. It just does not feel ultimate or royal enough to be called a choco brownie extreme. See the video as proof. 🤎 we love dairy queen, just wish it could be royal and chocolaty. 🍫“

They know how to keep making the experience better! Double drive through lanes, mobile ordering with curb side pickup, and a large lobby for plenty of seating. This Culver's does right.

Also, great food, awesome cheese curds, and fresh frozen custard. Loves the flavor of the day and the exciting combinations you can make.

It seems to be a smaller dining room and it needs some updating. In my opinion. The staff were very friendly and efficient.“

“Please for the love of god and all that is holy, invest in a better drive through speaker. The food is always amazing and the employees are always friendly and nice but they can’t hear a word we say to them. Each time I order a few items I end up getting at least one wrong. It’s frustrating. Aside from this one particular issue that’s been there since I was 16 (24 now) it’s been an amazing place to eat and get food. 12/10 would always always recommend“

I did not catch his name but he pushed his employees to get orders right, and quick, was himself working hard and did so with a smile. He greeted every customer, played peek-a-boo with a baby and had cheerful conversations with regulars. All of this on a busy Sunday lunch rush. Jersey Mike’s you do not want to lose this gentleman! “I came in with a very special off the menu, colossal request. a Gigantic 1 pound beef and cheddar, They puled it off!!!! the Angelic manager couldn't have been more accommodating, after asking me specific questions on HOW I wanted it built, she nailed it!! And let me tell you folks, this monstrosity was very filling and a shear pleasure to eat!! For the way they gladly filled my off the menu order, I will be back here another 500 times!!! “I had never been to this restaurant before. I was pleasantly surprised.. The bread was toasted.. I would call it a medium-rare toasting!! I had the club sandwich.. The meat is a shaved meat and warmed.. sooo yummy!!

Only 2 things in my humble opinion that could use a change.. the free pickle spear was a cheaper pickle version.. I would have preferred more of a deli (kosher dill) pickle..
My 2nd issue would be the smaller bags of chips.. I understand the need to be more cost effective in this day and age.

Overall.. Would I eat here again?? Heck Yeah.. and I will tell everyone I come across that they need to eat here!!

“They were short staffed today due to weather but we still received by extremely polite and prompt service. The two workers were flying all over to cover the dining area and drive through. They were extremely apologetic for being short staffed and even still were able to get us and other patrons wonderful service. These two employees deserve recognition for their hard work and dedication! Wish I had caught their names to specifically thank them but they were far too busy for small talk.“

“I've only had one less than okay experience, but with that being said it was was only one employee who was working the drive through.
I so appreciate this location and 99% of the time they are the most friendly people you will ever encounter. I have food allergies and this Taco John's at this location is one of only two places I can eat out safely. I have never gotten sick from cross contamination from eating the food they prepared. I have had a reaction from different locations.“

“I’m lowkey glazing but this place was awesome, first time I’m making a review but it’s cuz our waitress nicely asked us to yesterday, I wanted to go again today w my family but it’s Christmas, food was so good I’m trying to go again. Staff was generally nice, food surprisingly didn’t take long to come out and they call your number. I just love how they had free sauces ready for you to grab with your food and man, I forgot the name but I got like 2 sandwiches with meat in them and it was so delicious, and it wasn’t expensive even though I came with my brother! Would love to go again, the food is way too good for the restaurant not to be filled with people, please go!“
