“The customer service at this location was beyond exceptional. If I could give twenty stars plus I would. My sister-in-law's car was stalled on a hundred degree temperature day, It was near this location, and the team went above and beyond with customer service and offered her a tremendous amount of support. The entire team went above and beyond and
treated us with such dignity and respect. Even though this is located further away from where I personally live. I will take the time to ensure that this is the location I visit anytime in the future. Thank you so much, and the ice cream was delicious!“

“This subway has some of the hardest workers I’ve ever met. When I went here to get lunch with a friend the service was great! I ordered a sandwich and it was made in a short amount of time. There was a manager and a teenager but they both worked efficiently! The place was clean and well attended to. The customers were happy with the service. This shops seems like a great place for a teen to get their first job! Please stop being Karen’s and be patient with these workers!!! They are doing the best that they can! Overall this is a great subway location!“

“Went today for the first time with my two kids. They were super busy but the woman taking drive thru orders and counter order went above and beyond with customer service and so helpful getting us what we wanted! She took time to describe each item and even went over the vegan options. Then the food WOW!! Naan is superb, kofta was amazing!!! “Being new to Omaha, I hadn't heard of Runza until yesterday. Since my wife & I like to try new foods and new places to eat, we felt like we needed to visit what people were calling a Nebraska tradition.I ordered the original Runza Combo and my wife had the Bacon Cheeseburger. We shared an order of Frings (part onion rings, part fries) and a Pear Lemonade. All of the food looked and tasted good.The server was friendly and helpful in describing the various options on the menu. Our meal was prepared quickly and served with a smile. The restaurant was clean and bright.“

“They struggle a bit. I had two coupons for a free dessert due to an issue with an order previously. Despite telling them during my ordering that I had coupons, they charged me for the item. Then at the window, they took both coupons, utilized one and on the second only took 10 cents off. They printed my receipt and handed it to me, saying nothing like I wouldn't notice. I asked why it didn't come up as free and was told I don't know. I did finally get it fixed and got my correct change back after about 5 minutes waiting at the window with 2 young children. Frustrating...the ice cream was good however as usual.“

“I am gluten intolerant so I ordered a burger without bun. I usually don't make any other alterations because its likely my order will be wrong. This time I'm craving something specific so i ordered w/o bun, extra ketchup, extra onions light mustard, and no pickles. I usually don't receive a fork either. But not only did I receive a fork AND knife but my order was 100% correct! I don't think thats happened anywhere else, EVER! Plus, worker was super patient, friendly, and thoughtful to say the least. Best service I've received in while, if not ever. The food was delicious too.“

“Decided I wasn't interested in a burger so I ordered the 2 piece white meat chicken meal with slaw, fries, and garlic toast. The chicken was done to perfection and had a flavorful coating that was reminiscent of small town cafe done. The sides were tasty.

“I had the most exceptional experience with Averion, or “Avery,” at the drive-thru window today 11/19/2024. His professionalism was beyond what you’d expect at any fast food restaurant. His exemplary behavior sets a standard that employees everywhere could follow. “Forgot this location existed til recently. Went in for some quick lunch. Food was done before we even had our sodas filled.

Staff is cheery, even taking time to decorate the lobby. Which most places don't do.

“Runza realy needs to salt their onion rings and fries. Its not the same, after they cool off, adding salt. Everyone does this with fries. Make America salty again! I am not eating deep fried foods for my health; nobody is. Salty rings matter.“

“Edit: After I went back a couple of times after I posted this review eventually I stopped encountering the latter problem at this location.

• (Problem: I don’t have this problem with any other Raising Canes locations it is just this one.

Their lemonades do not have enough sugar in them. Every time I ask for a sweet Arnold Palmer the lemonade part of it does not taste the same compared to other locations.

I also know that they’re not adding enough sugar because one of my friends works at this location. When I told them about it they said that some of their coworkers are too dumb to just add a certain amount of sugar into the water like they’re supposed to.

Also they seem to forget to add the extra cane’s sauce I ask for. I know there is an extra charge for them. I’m willing to pay that extra charge. When the person rings back my order they say extra canes sauce when they’re reading the order back to me. Just when I go to actually receive the food it’s not in there. Missing it once or twice is understandable. Mistakes happen. This happens however every time I go to this location.

I hope this review will make it to someone’s eyes that way they can tell their employees what to do to improve. I like eating at Raising Canes I enjoy it.

I do not want to be receiving my food, going into the parking lot, checking my food just to make sure I receive everything. That’s got to be one of the worst experiences if I have to do that. That is all. Thank you.)“

“I visited runs on a day when they were running a special promotion and they were very busy. I went through the drive-thru and I was amazed at how quickly the line was working. Their food was fresh as usual. It appears to almost be made to order which is unusual for a fast food restaurant. The staff was great and the place was very clean“

“We love Runza!! I'm so glad the chili is back - this is one of our go tos! My oldest son says at Runza is his favorite chili (and he is picky!) My other kids love the popcorn chicken and we hope this is here to stay! Also... did anyone realize that the onion ring dip has been back now for a bit - love this for my fries! Try subbing pepper jack cheese if you get a bacon cheeseburger (I get mine with pickles, onion & mustard) - delicious & my new fav! And of course, the Runzas are a staple - we always get ours with cheese.“

“I don't think that I've been to another fast food restaurant with quality service, friendly staff, and all fresh food since the pandemic started. Seriously, the food was still steaming hot, and it looked and tasted delicious! Everyone was friendly and we got our food in minutes. If you're in the mood for great food and ice cream, I'd highly recommend this Dairy Queen.

Kid-friendliness: I have very picky kids when it comes to food, and this is one of the few places where all three of my kids actually got something they wanted and liked it. Also, you can't beat free cone day!“

“I ordered the Cobb salad with the lime ranch dressing and I really liked it. For fast food I thought it was a really good salad. I also got the chocolate milkshake. Yum Yum. It seems to be a smaller dining room and it needs some updating. In my opinion. The staff were very friendly and efficient.“

“Please for the love of god and all that is holy, invest in a better drive through speaker. The food is always amazing and the employees are always friendly and nice but they can’t hear a word we say to them. Each time I order a few items I end up getting at least one wrong. It’s frustrating. Aside from this one particular issue that’s been there since I was 16 (24 now) it’s been an amazing place to eat and get food. 12/10 would always always recommend“

“First time at Jersey Mike’s today. The food was excellent. I was even more impressed with the manager. I did not catch his name but he pushed his employees to get orders right, and quick, was himself working hard and did so with a smile. He greeted every customer, played peek-a-boo with a baby and had cheerful conversations with regulars. All of this on a busy Sunday lunch rush. Jersey Mike’s you do not want to lose this gentleman! It’s obvious he cares. With as busy as they were the bathrooms were even clean and tidy“

“Really love this location. I dont even have to ask for a table number and when I said it was for "here" they just automatically gave me the table number. And when they give you your food on those trays they have, they also place some napkins on the tray as well. A detail I wish the McDonalds on 40th and Dodge would do. “I have been eating here for years. In 2007, the bread was outstanding, and the menu was simple. The bread has taken its path.The other day was like 2007, the bread was awesome again. “I had never been to this restaurant before. I was pleasantly surprised.. The bread was toasted.. I would call it a medium-rare toasting!! I had the club sandwich.. The meat is a shaved meat and warmed.. sooo yummy!!

Only 2 things in my humble opinion that could use a change.. the free pickle spear was a cheaper pickle version.. I would have preferred more of a deli (kosher dill) pickle..
My 2nd issue would be the smaller bags of chips.. I understand the need to be more cost effective in this day and age.

Overall.. Would I eat here again?? Heck Yeah.. and I will tell everyone I come across that they need to eat here!!

“They were short staffed today due to weather but we still received by extremely polite and prompt service. The two workers were flying all over to cover the dining area and drive through. They were extremely apologetic for being short staffed and even still were able to get us and other patrons wonderful service. These two employees deserve recognition for their hard work and dedication! Wish I had caught their names to specifically thank them but they were far too busy for small talk.“

“I've only had one less than okay experience, but with that being said it was was only one employee who was working the drive through.
I so appreciate this location and 99% of the time they are the most friendly people you will ever encounter. I have food allergies and this Taco John's at this location is one of only two places I can eat out safely. I have never gotten sick from cross contamination from eating the food they prepared. I have had a reaction from different locations.“
