The server synn was fantastic!
The staff at Monarch alone make it worth going! Alexis, Alyssa, and Mary are SO friendly and attentive. My team will make it a point to return every time we are in town now because of them. The food was amazing.
We were guests at the hotel and wanted to try the restaurant. I have celiacs, so I went down in the morning to ask if it was possible for me to eat there. The gentleman in the morning was very helpful and pulled out the list of their new menu that had the allergens listed. They only listed allergens for the appetizers and the server said they “got lazy” with the rest.
